She said she could cut it without washing and I agreed. I told her to trim my ends, give me curtain bangs and some long layers with face framing layers in front. She literally butchered my hair! My hair went from past the middle of my back to shoulder length and was uneven all the way around! I had to go somewhere else to try and have it fixed. The hairstylist who helped me literally gasped when she saw what had been done! She could only fix it so much without chopping it all off! I have to go back after about 6 months of growing it out so she can finish fixing what was done! Terrible place!

I asked for lots of layers and curtain bangs, and she delivered perfectly. Not only did she give me the best haircut and style (and the most relaxing head wash ever!), but she made me feel so comfortable. Talking with her was like chatting with a therapist -- we connected about our husbands being in the military and the challenges of moving and finding a home, and she just got it.
