Sara is great at her work! I was so sad when she moved to California but she is back in Norwalk now for us all! I have very thick wavy hair and she always cuts it exactly how I want and has never once said she couldn't do something that I wanted. Both her, Dora, and Olivia who is also a stylist there are super friendly and inviting. The place they have is so cute! Everything is kept so clean and organized. The chairs there are super comfy, they even have foot rests for the ones at the sink and they are always playing great music! You will never not be asked if you would like a glass of water or if everything is looking how you want it. Prices here are also very reasonable! Give them a call asap to have great hair and a great time :)

I wanted to have holographic hair which involves bleach and additional stands of color and it came out gorgeous! A big plus is that well behaved dogs are allowed to visit and between the dogs and their fun owners the salon becomes like a cafe at times! Great place to spend time in! I had always gotten my hair done in Manhattan and was wary of getting it done in the suburbs (was having nightmares of a chunky highlighted blond bob) but decided to give this place a try. I'm so so so glad I did! The space is immaculate and they have the proper procedures in place to safely get your hair done. There are 2 stylists and everyone had on a mask / I watched the spaces get cleaned in between clients. It's got great lighting and design and right next to the train station. On top of that I came out with amazing hair, perfect blonde beachy waves and had an overall great service/expwro. I liked this even better than my city hair so I will definitely be back and sending all my friends here.

She communicates professionally so you know what to expect, and she is extremely careful while taking you through the process. I have been going to her for highlights for just under a year and am loving my hair. Each time I see her I think it gets even better-- like she knows my hair better and builds on the magic! In addition to being a super colorist, she is so sweet and lovely to be around. And she recently added to her whole experience by opening her own shop where she sees clients one on one. I wasn't sure how I'd like that setup since I'm so used to going to a salon where there are several other people and general commotion. I figured even if I didn't like it, it was worth it for the finished product (great hair!). I REALLY like her new spot though. I was surprised by how relaxing it was having that quiet time to unwind in her small space. She gives a killer head massage while shampooing, warm towels, Nespresso coffee, snacks... really goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are comfortable in whatever way suits them.
