She is personable & spends a good amount of time working with each client. But here's the thing. Her prices were high when I went there months ago, & she's raised them since. I know there's inflation & all, but maybe she might change up how her card reader works. A business owner should not get a 20% tip. So when I'd pay with a card, my already pretty pricey $50 haircut will cost $60 just to complete the transaction. Now, since she's raised prices to $60 for a cut, it's going to cost you $72, including the tip? The cost isn't the only reason I'm not going back, unfortunately. Maybe it's my hair or my head, but I've been to many stylists before, so I don't think it's me. Jacqueline's cuts made my head look boxy. Just really in general bad. She couldn't figure out tap to pay so she had to redownload Venmo and her phone wouldn't work at all and all took about 30 minutes to even figure out. I checked to see if the school had tap to pay and they did so I didn't bring my card with me. I do NOT at all recommend getting waxed here, I've been there before and it was fine I'm pretty sure it was just this specific lady.
