I had a large need and Katie and Cam were partnered up for many hours - they were so patient and so was everyone! They were very thoughtful and focused on my comfort and needs. After meeting so many of the students, teachers and managers - I will never go anywhere else for hair, waxing, aesthetics and massage (they do professional cupping!). She couldn't figure out tap to pay so she had to redownload Venmo and her phone wouldn't work at all and all took about 30 minutes to even figure out. I checked to see if the school had tap to pay and they did so I didn't bring my card with me. I do NOT at all recommend getting waxed here, I've been there before and it was fine I'm pretty sure it was just this specific lady.
