Instead, she rudely dismissed me, accused me of wanting a free service, and told me to "just wash it off." I then spoke to another manager, Christina, hoping for better customer service. Unfortunately, she also shut me down, refused to let me come in that day, and told me I'd have to prepay for a future appointment just to be seen. I ended up having to go to another salon, where the stylists confirmed bleach had been left in my hair, causing significant damage and breakage. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters. Instead of taking responsibility, Marita and Christina ignored my concerns and refused to help--leaving me with severely damaged hair.
