The pedicure included a warm soak, detailed nail shaping, cuticle care, exfoliation, a deep scrub, paraffin wax, lotion, and a long, relaxing leg and foot massage. I literally fell asleep. They finished with hot towels and perfect French tips. For my manicure, they were just as detailed; perfect shaping, clean cuticles, and a flawless French tip. The hand and arm massage was also amazing and not rushed at all. What I loved most is they all worked on me at the same time, so I could fully relax while still getting top-quality service. They kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable and happy. You can tell they truly care about their work, everything felt high-end and done with intention. I felt extremely uncomfortable and was not sure what to do. I paid the manager for our three services, and tipped the two techs only- even through the two techs and the manager worked on us. I hope the techs are safe and okay. This was a very weird experience to be in and I still don't know what to think. I shared this information with a local friend, who said this is a clear sign of human trafficking- which she is trained in. I'm not sure what to think. I didn't report them, but I won't be back. Debating if I should do more to ensure the safety of the employees.

I found Swans of Aptos & Kirk said he would like to help me; unfortunately we did not take before or after pictures. Within a few months while my nails grew out using Fiberglass wraps; I couldn't be happier. Kirk from Swans of Aptos is the only person in the area that does Fiberglass wraps; I call this my surfboard nails. No chipping, very little nail filing & covers 3/4 of the nail that leaves the cuticles & nail bed from being filed. I clean houses & have my hands in gloves for up to 8 hours with no problems with the moisture damaging my nails. I am so grateful for finding a nail salon that does not damage my nails over time. I have NO nail polish chips, lifted or cracked wraps, fungus under wraps, & I can go up to 3 weeks without maintenance. My nails are stronger & always look like I just had a manicure. I can't thank you enough Kirk & to the Owner, Kera, who gives the best pedicure with a leg massage EVER!!
