This gave me the confidence to make an appointment. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I did!! It was a long process, but having done this before, I expected that. The final result is not just the colors I wanted but also a cut that I really love!! Highly recommend, whether you need fantasy colors or just a haircut!

This was the first time getting my hair colored, and they made sure that I understood the process as well as helped me select a color I loved (the guy even drove to their warehouse just to make sure I got my color) Since hair coloring takes a couple hours, they were very accommodating, offering to go out and buy me food/drinks to keep me comfortable. Egna is a talented stylist who will make sure you get what you want. She would tell me what she was doing to my hair for each step, so I was fully informed during the whole process. My hair was initially black, but she was able to bleach it without drying out or damaging my hair. The products she uses are very high quality, leaving you with soft and refreshing hair. Overall, my entire experience was positive, and I highly recommend people come here for haircuts and hair coloring :)

Paid to reserve a spot for $15, which was fine. At the end of the appointment we're told because she had a lot of hair it would be the teen pricing at $65, double the cost. I don't mind paying a little more for having thick hair, but double??? No where on their website states that they would possibly double the cost at will. This is why I stopped going there for appointments personally, because they would nickel and dime you for every little thing. Thought I'd give them a try with my kids, but needless to say we won't be returning. I do not recommend going there unless you like to be surprised with being up charged. On top of that, expect to pay a 3% charge for using a credit card.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was upsetting…read more During my blowout, the stylist pulled on my hair and scalp so aggressively that the appointment was painful. My scalp was extremely sore afterward, and I remember thinking something didn't feel right. A few days later, I developed a painful scalp infection/folliculitis with swollen lymph nodes in my neck, fever, and significant scalp tenderness. I ended up needing medical treatment and antibiotics. My doctor told me the condition was likely related to the trauma and irritation to my scalp. I understand that some pulling can happen during hair services, but this went far beyond what I would consider normal or acceptable. No client should leave a salon in pain and later require medical treatment. Based on my experience, I will not be returning.

I made an appointment over the phone with the receptionist and she was so polite. When I arrived she greeted me and told me who would be doing my blow out. The place is beautiful. Very neat and clean. I waited no longer than 10 minutes to be taken back. The beautician washed my hair, gave me the heat resistant treatment, and then blow dried my hair and straightened it. The only reason this place gets a 4 stars is because ANY add-on is extra. My ends needed to be clipped and she said it was extra. I wanted slight wave curls and she said it was extra. I feel that it shouldn't be extra to clip ends. I didn't want a full cut... just clipped ends. I ended up putting curls in my own hair when I got home. Instagram: Vivaciously_Curly

I had one of those rare unusual experiences here. In short, not good experience with my stylist but…read morea very good customer service experience from the management and everyone else whom I encountered with. Long story! I may not return to my stylist however out of respect I wouldn't disclose my stylist name. I went in there for a consult with my frizzy hair and also wanted to do root touch up. I have had highlights from before. During my consultation, I was suggested by my stylist to do a hair keratin treatment. And she/he dint really talk about the root touch up, which was fine to me too. On my hair service day, when my root touch up was about to start, she/he asked me if I want to keep my highlights. I said yah, would like to keep my highlights. She/he also said that since some of my grey roots were longer more than about an inch, I'd be charged for a single process color $95 instead of root touch up $75. I gave my okay to that. Then work got started and all of my services were completed. Next day, I noticed several grey hairs still. I called up with my concern on the following business day. I was asked to come in so that my stylist can have a look. I went in there greeted my stylist asked how are you doing. She/he responded in a rude tone. Then after I addressed my concern, she/he went on raising her/his voice incrementally blaming me that I wanted to keep my highlights and that my greys were too long. I have to mention that I had been calm all throughout. For me it was not a big deal, it was just a minor error, which can be corrected easily. I dint go there to complain or scream at anyone, just wanted to see if that can be corrected. She/he made a huge deal out of it. She/he made me feel like it was my mistake that I had a complicated hair service request. Well, I'd say any professional's potential is tested on how one copes to new challenges. However, shout out to Teresa at customer service for the way she handled the situation. She was there to witness. She said that she'd let her manage know and gave me a form to fill up. Meanwhile, my stylist stormed out of the salon. Teresa was so empathetic! She dint assure me anything just said that she'd follow up with her manager. But, had been so compassionate throughout. It was a challenging situation for her too. She reacted so well at the situation, without taking anyones side. To me, unlike my stylist, she really thrived at her challenge! Following day, I got a call from their manager and she was really very nice as well! She set me up an appointment with another stylist to see what they can do. My second stylist tried to fix it as much as she could, which is all I wanted. Too much of unnecessary drama by my stylist. It'd have been solved right there, all she/he needed to do was tell me how you can help and if not explain to me what repercussions it may have to my hair. For the whole trauma that I had to go through, I'd have given a 1 star. However, for everyone else and everything else at this place I'd have to give a 4 star.
