Detra is knowledgeable about hair, color, cuts and all the new products that are out. She is so kind, down to earth and makes everyone feel welcome. She takes time with her clients and it doesn't end after the hair service. I have even watched her walk her senior clients out to their car to ensure they are safe. I have to try multiple times to get an appointment. I tried to today to walk-in. Despite the business hours posted as 9a -4p., at 2:30 the shop was dark and empty. Not sure how they stay in business. They have lost mine. I will go somewhere that is responsive to customers and keeps regular business hours.

First thing we were given a price prior to setting the appointment and paid much more then what we were advise. we both had the same hair stylist I went first since it was just same color just coverup my gray hairs. she put the hair dye in my hair and then sat me in a different chair wail she worked on my daughte. I believe she left the dye in the long i had small patches of irritated skin like it burn my scalp. For my daughter she showed her a photo of what she wanted and that's not what she received. She ask for bronze to coffee like color high lights and ended up with blonde. This was her first hair dye and she is super disappointed and upset like cried for two days upset.
