I asked for a regular polish manicure. The artist tried to convince me to get gel. I declined. She filed my nails, painted a couple coats of polish, and was done. She didn't use top coat. She didn't cut my cuticles. Didn't clean under my nails. When I mentioned it to the receptionist, she told me they would re-do my manicure. The artist walked up to me and fixed one nail that had already messed up, told me that "she was told I only wanted a polish change" and then walked away.

Service was awful. They were rough and very rude. Very over priced and cannot do math. Told me it was $65 and then charged me a random $23 extra and wouldn't tell me what it was for. Was very secretive and rude and very rough on my nails. Nails look awful and very rigid

Good pedicure. They were very nice and affordable. We're out of a few colors we chose but overall good experience. I'd go back.

    Builder gel on natural nails.

10/10 the best nail salon in dalton. The people are so welcoming and kind. The quality of work is wonderful. I highly recommend their jelly pedicure!

I absolutely LOVE this place! My nails came out beautiful! My toenails look like they belong on a human again, The location was perfect and clean. The service was wonderful as well, and that's hard to find these days! I would definitely come back again when I visit GA!!!

I hate even having to write this review but after 2 awful experiences within 6 weeks and a lot of money wasted, felt it was necessary. I made an appointment for Friday, February 3rd, for a dip manicure and gel pedicure. I arrived a bit early and was seated at one of the pedicure spa chairs. I picked a color, a light pink, and requested the same color for both toes and nails. The gentleman doing my toes used a Dremel to sand the gel polish off of my toes and proceeded to also use the Dremel to sand away the cuticles of my toes, sanding away skin in the process. He then proceeded to scrub my feet, do a weak 2 minute massage and then paint my toes. My pedicure was done in 20 minutes. Keep in mind - they charge an additional $15 to have gel polish applied during a pedicure. I didn't even receive a pedicure! I paid $45 for a polish change and sore, scabbed toes. I still have dead skin on my toes, nothing was done. As for my nails - I walked in with long nails. I no longer have long nails. When the tech started my dip, after she dipped the first couple of nails, I told her it looked too pale, it looked like acrylic powder placed on top of my nail. She assured me if would look much better upon completion. Nope, it looked awful, uneven, lumpy and she also used the Dremel to remove the prior dip powder and sanded away skin around my nails leaving me with bloody, sore, scabbed wounds on my fingers. When she was done, she asked me if I liked them and I was so angry with how awful they looked, I told her no, they looked like shit! I apologize for cursing but I told her it didn't look right when she started and she dismissed me. A dip treatment is $50! If you think I am going to pay $50 to walk out with my fingers bleeding, uneven, lumpy and looking like a child did them, you are out of your mind. She went to whom I assume to be the Manager and she came over and said she would fix for me. I explained to her that this was my birthday present to myself, and this was very disappointing. She assured me she would fix them and she did as best she could. I went with a darker pink color and she also used the Dremel to sand down the nails, which again led to more skin being sanded away, more sore fingers. I paid $110 to leave with a piss poor "pedicure", sore scabbed toes that STILL need a freaking pedicure! Short, stubby finger nails that are sore, scabbed and mediocre. Happy birthday to me? I was also here on Friday, December 23rd (with $20 tips to everyone, I dropped over $220) and had to come back on December 26th because the gel manicure I received was atrocious. Fool me once and all that. Wont be fooling me again. I've brought people here, I've recommended this place. I can no longer do that in good conscience. ***Also, if you are a diabetic, DO NOT GET A GEL PEDICURE HERE! They will injure your feet! Seriously, thank goodness I am not, but Diabetic people can loose their foot/feet if they get a cut or injury. ***Apologies for the toe pics but want people to see how they consider this to be acceptable. Its NOT acceptable!

They always do such a good job!! Today I booked with Tracy. She does an amazing job with shaping and painting. When she does my gel it stays on for over 2 weeks. When it was time to do my design Baby did the design. She always does a great job too! I love my nails so much!

$68.00 for pedicure & manicure THIS is what I got!!! NEVER ATTEMPTED to remove calluses!

We don't recommend the older lady, Cindy. Cindy is unprofessional and most at this salon can't understand English.

Over that time, I have spent between $2,250 and $2,475 on services. Unfortunately, a recent experience has made it clear that continued loyalty holds little value at this business. Due to an unforeseen work emergency, I was unable to make a 5:30 PM appointment. I am fully aware of their cancellation policy, but I had no control over the situation and made an effort to communicate and reschedule. Despite this, I was charged a 35% cancellation fee, which came to $18.25. What made this more frustrating is the fact that the same technician had other availability that day, and the time could have easily been rebooked with another client. Rather than choosing to work with a dependable and long-standing customer, the business chose to enforce a fee without consideration of the context. Ironically, that small fee turned out to be a turning point. I have since switched to sugar waxing, and the improvement in service is undeniable. No more burns from wax that's too hot, no skin trauma from wax that's too cold, and absolutely no redness or irritation. The difference in quality and care speaks for itself. It's also important to note that over the course of three years, I experienced significant turnover among estheticians, making it difficult to maintain consistent quality and rapport. While policies are important, so is discretion -- and in this case, the lack of flexibility cost them far more than the $18 they collected. They may have followed their policy, but in doing so, they made it clear that customer loyalty is not a priority. A small fee was gained, but a loyal client -- and future revenue -- was lost.
