I don't remember the woman's…read morename that cut my hair but it was just an OK experience; I would not pay full price at this salon or go back. She first washed my hair. When she was towel drying my hair, it felt as if she was pulling at my hair. The trim was really quick and she never even double checked that everything was even, which I thought was strange. Usually, at different salons, they would pull the front pieces out to make sure that they are even and also go around the bottom of the hair with scissors to make sure everything is even. There were a few pieces in the bangs that weren't even so I went home to fix that. She did ask my several times though on if everything was okay and I did have her trim the bangs a bit shorter and such. When she blow dried my hair, she didn't even use a brush but instead, just used her hand. The blowdryer was really got and it was hurting my right ear so I kept moving my head so it wouldn't hurt as much. Maybe this experience was due to me having a Groupon...I'm not sure. I know that there are many stylists there and they are not the same, but I wouldn't come back regardless.

The reception staff is so patient and helpful, and they were so welcoming when I walked through the door. I had two apppintments with Amanda, once for a free consultation to discuss exactly what I was looking to have done and then the big appointment to cut and color my hair. Amanda was INCREDIBLE! She was so fun and bubbly and personable. The vibes and energy were there from the jump and it ended up being on of if not the best & most fun hair appointments I've ever had. She worked with me to achieve the goal I had for my hair, and was able to pull it off while maintaining the health and integrity of my hair. Not only was the quality of service immaculate, but the cost at the end of the appointment was only a few dollars higher than what she had quoted me at the consultation and still PERFECTLY within my beauty budget! She asked me again, and I said no. At the end, I was charged for shellac when I told her twice that I did not want it. She was also very rude. She mumbled under her mask when talking to me, so I had to ask her to repeat herself and she'd get angry. I am extremely disappointed in my service, as I did not get what I asked for (I am a college student and don't get my nails done often) and I felt embarrassed for not understanding what she said. Also, when I used to receive dip for my fingernails, my nail tech would file the sides of my nails so hard that I left with cuts on each side of my fingers from the file. They would bleed and hurt for the next week.
