April is the best! I had a pedicure done by her and she did a wonderful job. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. She made me feel very comfortable, offered me something to drink, and made sure I had the best experience possible. The salon itself was very clean, classy, and a relaxing environment. All the products that are used at the salon are all top notch but the services were very reasonably priced and not over priced like a lot of other places. I would give April and this salon more stars if this app would allow me, so 10 stars. I have always had great experiences here-the stylists are all very nice, my hair always comes out beautiful, etc. However, there is one stylist that has outdone everyone I have had before, and I recommend her one million times over. Amy clearly loves what she does, and both times I have been to her-once for my prom updo, which was beautiful, and today for a big cut-she has blown away any expectations I had. She makes sure that the style is what I want, and she takes into consideration things my hair does by itself and things I am willing to do with my hair to create a hair cut I feel confident in. Annalisa has done a fabulous job transitioning my hair from black to my natural white. She has been wonderful to work with and is detailed in explaining how the process works. She takes the time needed to ensure the highlights and low lights are the correct shade of blonde and brown without any brassy or orange undertones. My hair still feels healthy and not dried out during this process. The in between color is amazing and I don't fee like I need to hide indoors while changing my hair color. The pricing for color, highlights, lowlights and conditioning treatments is reasonable for the time and effort Annalisa takes to ensure a great color and hair quality. read more

I had such a great experience here! Nora was my stylist and gave me exactly what I wanted! I like that she listened to me and asked great questions so that she totally understood what I wanted. She also gives good suggestions. Nora suggested we go a little shorter just to cut off more of the dryness, which I'm glad we did because my hair came out looking health without changing the look I wanted. I usually dread going to get my haircut; I use to find it a chore, but Nora made all the difference. I definitely will be back. I have been going to Salon 37 for Mani-Pedis, Facials, and Haircuts for the past 11 years. I just got back from spending 3 months in Florida. I love Salon 37 in Algonquin! The atmosphere is quite inviting and everyone I've had contact with is very pleasant. I work in the area and often receive compliments on my color/cut. I am happy to refer them to my stylist Kim. She's the best! I have been going to her for years. I take in pictures of a style I 'think I want', and Kim takes the time to explain why it will of will not work with my hair. Linda did an amazing job! As some one with long hair it is always nerve wracking to go to a new stylist. Linda was so attentive to my hair needs and made sure to give me the exact hair cut I wanted. She maintained the length and brought back my healthy ends, while giving me some great ideas for preventing future split ends. Tiffany and Julie... the owners ....are great! Tiffany cuts and colors my hair and I have to say II constantly get compliments no matter what style or color I have had.
