The moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles by all the staff, and they even offered me a mimosa. The place is clean and modern, yet quite cozy. They make you feel right at home. What I asked for and what I received were completely different. After my hair was bleached, it started falling out before I even sat back down in the chair. I immediately brought it to Nichole's attention, and instead of addressing my concern, she told me to stop touching my hair. Several hours later, my scalp was still burning and itching severely. I also pointed out that my hair was yellow, even though that was not the color I wanted. In the salon, I was told it was "just the lighting," and the lights were turned off. When I got home, it was obvious my hair was still yellow. I texted Nichole to let her know, and her only response was, "That's what you wanted." There was no apology, no concern about my scalp burning or my hair falling out, and no offer to correct the situation. If you're looking for yellow hair, hair breakage, a burning scalp, and poor customer service with no accountability, this may be the salon for you. Otherwise, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Very disappointed in my hair. Asked her to highlight my growth and tone my blonde. The blonde I had in my hair turned gray. And the roots are an orange color. And very uneven. This salon is an agenda salon but wow. The quality was so poor and the manager never returned my call. Do NOT recommend.
