I never put any heat on them when i had them and she made that up. I actually was not upset that she was closing, as this was the last time i was going to use her anyway. When I first left the salon I said goodbye and good luck with everything. When I came home I noticed how uneven the extensions were since she didn't even blend them. When i came back in she was very rude to me and said my extensions were broken. She had dyed my extensions with harsh products (something that any hair dresser should know not to do) resulting in damage and cannot own up to her mistake. After her being rude, I left without saying goodbye. Hopefully a better business will be moving into that space. The cameras that she says are in the space would have shown me flinching and being hurt by her pulling my extensions out. Thats now how it is done Also her mentioning my own hair being damaged is irrelevant, as i was talking about extensions that after she dyed them with the wrong products were damaged. Person os not to be trusted, she talks about customers and past employees of hers and it is just very unprofessional. She has ignored my request to get some of my money back and now I need to see how I can get my hair to grow back after the hair loss. I have been nothing but nice to this owner for four years and gave her so much money over that time span . Bad service and rude owner. Overcharged me for damaged hair extensions. She also pulled out my hair when she was removing my extensions and I lost so much of my own hair which i need to see a doctor for. When telling her she just ignored me and cashed my check. Had no problem taking my money before closing her business. Also did not tell me she was closing her business in the next few days. Very sketchy. Always very rude to me and always nice to the clients she is friends with.

I've been coloring my hair for years, and every time, the stylist has colored my hair first, then washed and cut it. This woman, however, washed my hair first, applied something that looked like gel, and then blow-dried it. I thought that was odd, but I didn't say anything. Then she applied the color. While the color was processing, she told me she was going next door to her house. I was alone in the salon for at least 30-40 minutes. During that time, I started to feel a burning sensation all over my scalp. When she finally returned and washed out the color, not only had she butchered the haircut, but I also had blisters all over my scalp. This happened over two weeks ago, and I'm still in pain. Do not go to this lady! I don't want to report her to the cosmetology board, but honestly, she should not be allowed to work on anyone. I had to give her a star but she doesn't deserve one.

When she finished washing my hair, she was about to roller set my hair, when one of her other clients tells her that that she was on her lunch hour & she had to go. BTW, what kind of idiot makes a hair appointment on there lunch hour??? But I digress, the stylist stopped putting the rollers in my hair, decided to put conditioner in my hair, placed a plastic cap on my hair, & placed me under the dryer, while she finished her previous clients hair! After the conditioning, she rinsed out the conditioner, & I thought ok, she is going to do my roller set now, however I was wrong. The stylist decided to give me a straight blow out, I also requested that braids be put in the front of my hair, & the stylist told me that she didn't do braids, she later told me that she didn't want to do the braids, because they take to much time. She also stopped working on my hair for a second time to work on another clients hair! And again I was left to sit there for another 30 minutes waiting, for her to finish. When she finally came back, to finish my hair, she decided that she would put the braids in my hair, she proceeded to flat iron my hair, as she ironed my hair, she dropped the flat iron on my shoulder, & I now have a burn mark on my shoulder. And to add insult to injury I was charged $55 for all of this. I will never go to this salon again! And I want a refund for the service being that I was burned
