This is a mixed review more for scarlet the hairdresser who did my 10 year old granddaughter. We…read morewant a simple cut to her shoulders with some bangs. Not only did she ruin her hair she threw her scissors kicks her station divider and cursed with my granddaughter sitting there. We had to stop her as she kept twisting and cutting shorter and shorter her choppy bangs and her hair was so choppy and different lengths by inches !!! I asked her please stop bangs don't look like that short chunks on top of longer uneven hair. I asked the other hairdresser sweetest person who saw the whole ordeal and quickly took my granddaughter and try to fix it as best she could. This hairstylist was wonderful with my very sad little girl. Scarlet was told "I don't really like it that short" and she said it's a new technique I'm trying first on you and kept cutting it was a horrible experience I've never ever encountered. For her to throw scissors and push and kick is not ok!!! This is the fix unless we want bangs so high. The underneath is fixed as short as we wanted to go so a little uneven but hidden thank goodness. I did not confront scarlets behavior, granddaughter was sad enough. Please use anyone else but her this was not ok! I did pay and tip the other girl who was kind and calming and did what she could

Once in a while I try again to let someone else cut it and I always go home and fix it. She paid attention to what I wanted and didn't get offended when I made suggestions and she'd go over that section again. I don't have to fix it this time! I'll be returning to her specifically! The layers were nowhere near being blended and then it looked like it was chemically fried when she used the razor and had told me she "specialized" in razor cuts....i called n asked to speak with the manager who wasnt in so i was trying to tell the lady that answered what the problem was, when kortney decided to get on the phone n be extremely rude to me, telling me I had no buiness "slamming" her, when I was just trying to tell whoever answered what the problem was! I posted the before and after when Salon W fixed it and i thanked them on their fb page, trust me, if u see the photos, it doesnt take a professional to see how bad it was!
