We stopped in at this mall in search of some tourist merch (specifically, a NY state keychain). We also detoured looking for a geocache hidden on the lot, and luckily we did find it. But on to the task at hand. When we first went in, we thought we'd be able to access the mall through the Hobby Hut, but it turns out that it is self-contained, so we headed back out, and went through the mall via the JC Penney. This store felt perfect after being out in the summer heat - nice and cool from the AC, but not at all clammy or stuffy. We proceeded into the mall corridors, where most of the stores seemed like one of businesses, although there were some chains like Hot Topic and Spencer's. Many of the units were vacant, and the big amusement attractions were closed. There were very few people, so it felt so quiet as to be a bit disquieting. We had begun our search at Hobby Hut, but weren't surprised not to find what we were after there. We then tried a couple of other shops, but in vain. Finally, a couple of staff from different stores mentioned a store in the mall they both referred to as "selling mugs" and might have what we were looking for. We finally reached said store (Katrick Customs), and were relieved that we were able to accomplish our mission there. We availed ourselves of the washrooms while we were there, and they were spacious and decently clean. The taps worked, the dispensers had soap, there were paper towel dispensers and air dryers that were all in working order. It's too bad the mall doesn't have as much to offer as it clearly did in days past. If I were a local, I'd likely only be going there to pick up specific items rather than browse for fun. read more

This place is kinda boring they lost all their good food places they have nothing to do except that old arcade and the movies dicks left and now its some place with random junk i got a haircut there one time and came out lookin bald!!!!! But they are decent for watertown. read more

This is a pretty unremarkable mall. It's small and has the standard stores that you would see in a small American mall. No high-end stores. Small-ish food court. The only thing I loved about this mall was the Burlington Coat Factory. Such awesome deals and I love discount stores like this that I can rummage through. (Think TJ Maxx, Marshall's, etc.). The Skewed Brewing Restaurant is pretty good. I reviewed it separately. The mall has a really cool George Rhoads Ball Machine that's mesmerizing to watch. Although while I was there, some balls got stuck and it stopped working (I didn't do it, I swear, lol). The Salmon Run Mall is definitely not a travel destination, but it had a nice homey feel to it and the staff there are very nice. The next time I'm in Watertown I would probably stop here again. read more

Well I definitely would not call this a "mall" its very much more of a "shopping center" than anything else. You can walk through the entire place in less than 10-15 minutes I bet, they're also lacking some of the most popular stores & food shops in the food court. But the movie theater is pretty great even though its the only one in the area they still have enough screens in there to be able to show every new major movie that comes out. The restrooms always seem to be very clean for getting used so much by so many people, I had to take a huge dump after some of that food court stuff & I was not at all scared to sit on that crapper. Overall this place is adequate for the size of the area it is in. read more

It's a nice small mall. Has a the basic stores you would want or need. Aldo has a nice movie theater food court etc. If you are 17 years old I guess this mall would suck for you. But if you just need the basics of you big box stores like best buy and s few others it works well. read more

Smallest mall I have ever been to, but they have all of the essentials. Malls aren't places to hang out in my eyes, theyre places to get to many stores in a short amount of time and this place accomplishes that task. Also new movie theater which I like. Not a great food court though. read more

I've lived in this area my whole life so you can imagine I've gone to this mall several times I really really like it if your looking to get your nails done I strongly recommend lee nails I've gone there since I was four and most of the staff are like family The arcade is your typical arcade but still not to shabby The kiosk people aren't super annoying which I LOVE I like auntie Annie's for food and DQ for desert The gander mountain is pretty sweet too All in all pretty great mall read more

It's more then you'd expect for the size of the town. It has the only movie theater in the area unless you consider the drive inn theater in black river. And it has a few good stores. read more

This is a fun little mall. I enjoyed my day there. There are many stores to choose from and pretty cool that there's a movie theater too! I enjoyed having lunch at the brewery and the entire mall was clean and bright. I'll definitely be returning next time I'm in Watertown! :) read more

Pretty decent mall with plenty of stores to go to. It's not my favorite but I like it.

This mall has some pretty convenient stores which saves a trip to Syracuse when you want to do some light shopping. I regularly go to the Barbershop and eyebrow threading locations in the mall. I find it pretty interesting that this mall also has a wine store that offers wine slushies. read more

This mall may sound a little podunk and look it from the outside, but inside is very cozy and has plenty of stores. I picked up quite a few deals and had some lunch at the food court, the Flaming Wok had a nice special and it tasted better than most other fast food options there would have. I was complimented from two different store employees on my dress and although an obvious sales trick it still felt good to hear! The connected Best Buy is also a cool idea, I like being able to walk through it without having to drive across the parking lot like most malls. 4 1/2 satisfied stars. read more

Ive lived in watertown my whole life and to say this mall isnt great...well ya its not big like most malls in big cities but it is watertown its not that large of a city so why the need for a huge mall. I think its the perfect fit for here not too big wont take forever to find a store you wanna get to so if your on a quick trip here you can get in and out pretty fast. food court isnt big buts its got the basics everyone loves plus subway if you are looking for something a little bit HEALTHIER... read more

Not the best, not the worst. If this is the "smallest, worst" mall you've ever seen, you haven't been to many places. I've seen way worse. As I don't come to malls for dining, I can't comment on the food court. There seem to be the usual fast food restaurants going on there. read more

Great little mall right off the interstate. They still have a Sbarros pizza! Which is slowly going out of business down south so was nice go see and chow down at. No Chinese food place which was a bit of a surprise but they have some decent stores. Fue. Hot Topic. Spencer's. Etc. Definitely a nice place to stop. read more

Looks dingy from the outside but inside is very clean and almost cozy for a mall, even though it is spacious and has nice high ceilings. The selection of stores is good, a mix of one of a kind type places (a store called Rainbow Zen takes the cake on original name here) and the regular stores you're likely to find in most malls. The highlight for me was spotting the installation piece from sculptor George Rhoads in front of the Burlington Coat Factory...it was so awesome! Such a nice surprise to wonder upon. This is a very minimal mall- has your basic cheap stores, a new movie theatre (to be completed this spring), and couple snack kiosks. Do not come hungry- the small food court is disgusting and packed; no healthy choices, hardly any room to even stand in line, and looks rather skanky. If you want better stores, drive the 60 miles to Syracuse. This mall is probably fine for those on a tight budget. read more

Very small mall.... Has a lot of good stores and has a new Burlington Coat Factory... but no Macy's, Dillard's, Ambercrombie and Fitch, all of the stores they do have are very small. read more

I like this mall. The new theater is great. Except that it is very expensive! But that is the one downfall, the prices seem to have to skyrocket if you want to keep anyone in there to accommodate the rent. The cool little stores like the pottery creating place was such a great place to go to while at the mall, but now they are gone. I do love the new little area off the good courts for kids to play. I wish it was a little more friendly for the families. :p maybe a ball out or some thing for little ones to play in between shopping. I'd hang out a lot longer and probably purchase more if there was more interesting things for the kids to do as well. read more

This mall is of a reasonable size given the population of the area. The place was a bit difficult to find as several street corners had "Salmon Run" plastered on some sort of poster or brick. The inside of the mall seems very outdated but the bathrooms are a bit more modern looking and very well maintained. There is a good variety of stores. There is very little selection in the food court but that is expected given the size of the mall. One really interesting store I found but did not actually have time to go and do was the Paint It Pottery where you painted pottery and get to take the glazed product home. You don't see a lot of these where I'm from. read more

Dishonest! They gave us back our project broken (they broke it) and tried gluing it back together (poorly I might add) without telling us. The owner would not even offer us a full OR partial refund. She was extremely rude. Never going back there again read more
