She was more interested in lecturing than listening. Organizational skills of the staff are weak, often losing or misplacing paperwork. We had to leave when, at 19 months, our daughter was still in an infant class (other kids 9-15 months) because TNN was not prepared to have space for her in a toddler class. Our daughter was safe and cared for with appropriate activities during her infant months, and TNN is reasonably priced for the area - so we started this rating at 5 stars. Minus 1 star for sloppy organizational skills, and minus 1 star for the poor communication on several interactions with the administration. There's room to improve, but we always felt our daughter was well cared for and engaged in activities throughout every day.

His teachers at Toddler 1…read moreand Preschool were awesome, the curriculum was very diverse, tailored in a way to keep the children interested, while still educating them, with a lot of different activities, guest visits, role-playing, decorations, field trips, etc. I was surprised to read that there were parents who felt their children were treated as just a number; I have to say I have never felt that way about my child. On the contrary, all of my son's teachers were very caring and everybody knew his name, even if they were not teaching him. It is also worth mentioning that unlike other child care establishments (Bright Horizons included), Mini-Miracles seems to have a relatively low turnover of staff, which is to their great advantage.
