My friends and I came here for dinner on a Saturday night. I didn't have high expectations because we just picked a place that was nearby but I was pleasantly surprised :)
We shared an eggplant baba ganoush plate for appetizer, and each ordered an entree and shared. I ordered a tajine, my friends ordered veggie cous cous and pastela de pollo. My beef tajine was flavorful and tender, the cous cous was also flavorful and I really liked the chicken pastry. It was crispy inside and had powdered sugar outside, and I was at first suspicious about the powdered sugar and chicken but it was actually delicious. We had sweet tea after the meal which is was a bit too sweet for my taste.
A bonus is the belly dance show they have every 30 min or so. It was very beautiful.
I like the food and the atmosphere. Will go back when I want Arab cuisine. read more
