My first order arrived perfectly, which already impressed me. But the second, larger shipment completely exceeded my expectations. Every bottle was carefully packed, separated into smaller boxes so nothing would move, and even individually sealed at the caps. I've never seen that level of attention to detail before. On top of that, Chris went out of his way to help me track down a very specific version of the product I needed, even contacting other stores. He was communicative, honest, and genuinely cared about getting it right. He also included extra items and even additional bottles, which was such a thoughtful surprise. It's rare to find this kind of care and integrity in a business. I will definitely be coming back.

He turned a stressful moment around and demonstrated what true leadership and customer service look like. In situations where things go sideways through no fault of the customer, managers like Jack set the gold standard. Other managers could honestly take a lesson from him on how to handle difficult moments with poise and respect. First, when I picked up my order, I asked to check the prints before paying and discovered they were printed on 4x6 paper and completely uncut. When I brought this to the employee's (Aali's) attention, he tried to claim that "Walgreens expects customers to cut their own pictures." When I called out that absolute nonsense, he claimed the manager, Douglas, said the exact same thing. When Douglas finally came out from counting money, he doubled down on this ridiculous excuse, acting like customers are supposed to do the store's job. Aali then claimed he couldn't cut them because he had to do shipment, or that he was afraid he'd mess up. Meanwhile, the customer right before me had issues with her order too as the staff struggled to find it. When I came back this morning (September 19), I spoke with Eddie, who confirmed what I already knew: there is no such policy requiring customers to cut their own pictures, and the look on his face told the whole story. Eddie offered a 25% discount, but after being lied to, deceived, missing my pictures for my event yesterday, and dealing with pure laziness and incompetence, a 25% discount doesn't cut it. Walgreens either needs to invest in printers that properly cut 4x4 sizes or train your employees to actually do their jobs instead of making up foolish policies on the spot. I expect these prints for free after the runaround I've been put through.

I entered the store, wig cap affixed to my head with full intentions of purchasing a wig that day. After not being offered any help by the "shop assistant" I made my to the wig area in the back of the store to assist myself. Because I knew what I wanted and what I was looking for, I found a wig quickly and proceeded to try it on (with the wig cap that I already had on my head). As soon as I put it on the "shop assistant started screaming at the top of her lungs about how I " needed a wig cap and couldn't touch the the $44 wig without permission..." I and the rest of the customers in the store could only look at her like she was crazy because... she had to be out of her mind. I still needed a wig so, even with all of her obnoxiousness and rudeness, I politely questioned her about other wigs in the store. She was completely unhelpful, short, and frankly aggressive. I gave her the wig back and left. I'm not spending money where I don't feel welcomed. If they didn't want to make money they should have let me know when I walked in. This place wasn't my first choice and it won't be my last.
