Got my hair done by Luci ,sat in the chair for 4 hours to get baylage, my hair is shoulder length not long just to come out with spots she acknowledged them after I pointed it out and said that it was cause I "rushed" her when I was just asking on an update of how much more time was she going to spend applying bleach, 2 1/2 hrs spent placing just the bleach ,the manager on duty offered to have me come back to fix what she did with a different stylist ,which I agreed to .Upon arrival for my new appointment they tell me so your stylist didn't come in can we re-schedule, the girl on duty said I tried calling youvto let you know,5 mins before my appointment. read more

I got my hair colored by Luci twice and she did an incredible job! I wanted to go from my natural brown hair to red without bleaching it and she was able to make my vision a reality. I also got my hair done by Angelina (Angie) on a separate occasion. She did a hair treatment with keratin, and then styled my hair in two French braids which came out great (not photographed). I would recommend both of them if you're interested in getting a service done, and I will be back again. I've had positive experiences each time I've had a service done there and they are reasonably priced too. Dakota, Tatiana & Andrea are also wonderful beauty advisors who have been really helpful while shopping for new products to keep my hair looking good and healthy. I've been cutting my own hair for years now. Pretty easy since so just shave it all one length. I've purchased several clippers from Sally Beauty Supply (this location) over the last 3-4 years and they always have what I need in stock. I actually called today when my clippers died. I use a very specific set of clippers (Wahl Balding Clipper) to get my hair as short as possible, nearly skin. But I can rarely find them. Sally had them in stock and set them aside for me. I was able to run down and grab them in about 20 minutes and they had indeed pulled them off the shelf and tucked them away for me. Great service! I will definitely continue to use Sally! read more

Had a wonderful experience at this place! Grabbed everything I needed to bleach my hair, and proceeded to checkout. The nice and friendly Asst. Manager, Tatiana helped me check all my supplies and realized I forgot to grab something. She went and got it for me and even gave me thorough directions for dyeing my hair! I love her personality, it really made my day! Actually all the staff working today were great! Another woman, whose name I forgot to catch, helped me find a product just as she was heading to break! Walked in the store for a small item after leaving the salon suites right next door and was racially profiled. Tell your employees not to continuously ask a customer if they need help after they've already replied no, it makes it obvious some of us are being profiled. She could not find it either, but went beyond telling me that they did not have it. She tried to search for the product number and which nearest Sally's would have it in store. I called them on the phone yesterday and spoke with Andrea. I asked her about a specific men's soap. She briefly placed me on hold, went over and grabbed a bar of it, and offered to hold it for me if I wasn't going to be more than a day or so in picking it up. I headed over there right away, and sure enough she had set it aside for me. Such a wonderful young lady. Please teach your employees basic hygiene. The cashier with the gnarly cough just coughed directly into her hand, then handled my purchases and gave me change back. Today, one year later, I stopped in this Sally's again. When will I learn?!? The cashier again had a terrible cough and runny nose. She coughed twice into her sleeve, and I thought maybe the management had retrained to their employees after my first review above. But right after that she coughed into her hand then grabbed the receipt and bagged my items and handed it to me. This location has great customer service! I went to the Sally Beauty Supply off of Temecula Pkwy and the associates there were very rude. They said they could not return my items I had purchased because it was passed 60 days even though they were not doing returns because of covid. Two associates had told me while they were not doing returns I could come back and return it even if it's after 60 days. I was very upset by their poor customer service. I came here to this location and he took care of it with no problem what so ever. I will definitely be coming to this location from now on even though it is an extra 15 minute drive for me. read more

I cut my own hair. But I rarely use scissors, I prefer to use clippers. I've had my Oster Fast Feed and Andis edger for nearly a decade now and they're still going strong. Both clippers are costly. The Oster will run you about $100 and the Andis $60, but you absolutely get what you pay for. Sally's carries all of the accessories I need to maintain my semi-professional heart-throb look. Clipper attachments are roughly $4 and replacement blades will cost you upwards of $30. My advice to those that wish to cut their own hair, buy professional clippers and DON'T drop them! The location is a bit hidden but once you find it you'll become familiar in a heartbeat. And the associates that work here are usually in good spirits so they'll always be ready to help. Terrible staff! If I could give zero stars I would. When I walked it I was not greeted and when I asked for help on something she said one moment and continued to be on her phone for 10 minutes. I went there on Sunday, 3/24/2013 to get the purple shampoo that takes the yellow and brassiness out of blond or bleached hair. I has also thinking about a self tanner but have never really been good at selecting the right kind. So after I got the shampoo and was making my way to the front the clerk asked if I needed help and I said yes. I had not clue one about self tanner and I was tired of being so white I glowed in the dark. She laughed and told me that she thought pale skin was pretty. I thought that was nice considering the usual "Casper" jokes I hear. The sales person answered all my questions and was super helpful and recommended the Hemp tanner and lotion in one. Well it is perfect and works great! She did a great job in listening to my needs and concerns and addressed them all. So friendly and smiling too. I will be back for more tanner and probably more of my beauty needs as they arise! read more

Came with my mom to purchase her tint as we do every 3-4 weeks. Everything was great until i got home and realized that half the product was missing and it was clear that it had been opened. The outside packaging seemed fine. Went back to the store, not to receive the money back but to exchange her tint for a new one. I understand that my mother didnt have her recipe but she wasnt asking for the money back. Gave us a look like we were stealing when it would ridiculous to steal half a bottle thats worth $6. I went there to buy haircolor and my daughter of 6 yrs. was holding a nail polish that she was bugging me to buy her. He noticed her holding it and said to me "she needs to put that up front where she got it from she is not allowed to hold it unless we were buying it" so I told her to put it back then "he yells from the front of the store "She is mixing all the colors up" so I go to the front of the store and she was not....At this point...really I called corporate when I got home! read more
