She offered no other resolution, no apology. I went 2x, waited, and would not let me exchange. Who asks for a receipt if it's a gift?? This is the absolute only place I have ever been that would not allow an exchange! Poor business and very poor customer service.

I placed an online order on 3/1 for the 180 count of Magnesium Glycinate and the online store said in stock. Today I checked for the tracking number expecting it to be here today. It showed processing still not even shipped yet. I chatted online and they said I have to cancel the order and place it again and I would get 10% off When I talked to Makayla she said yes I can get 10% off and they will ship it 2 day When she checked with her manager she said because it was a back order they cant offer 2 day shipping. How can it be back ordered when it showed in stock online? This is NOT MY FAULT I then spoke to Elle her manager and she said they can not do anything else.
