And y'know what: you can't get "overwhelming" selections of spices, teas, and sugars virtually anywhere else, so that's a GOOD thing. Every one offers a glass jar that you can open to "smell" the sugar/tea/spice you're thinking of buying. In the case of the teas, they will make you a hot/iced version of the tea (and charge for it, but it's surprisingly affordable) to try as well. After awhile, all of the scents kinda blend together (especially for like, hickory or smoked scents), but it's super cool and a ridiculous level of selection. They have smaller pouches, larger bags, or containers/jars for most items, letting you buy smaller quantities to try. I wanna say smaller pouches were starting around $6 (September 2025). They had quite a few blends of demarara sugars that are going to be great for cocktail garnishing. (Salted caramel sugar? Burnt espresso sugars? mmmm!) And my meat-loving friends picked up a ton of different stuff. Expect to spend a bit in here. There are SO many things to see. The basics are divided into various walls (teas separate from sugars, etc.), but their display tables of seasonal merch in the middle of the store require some careful perusal too.
