Jennifer Dudak, the Physician Assistant, saved my life. If you are looking for a doctor that just…read morelistens to you and coddles you, then Ms. Dudak may not be the choice for you. I had saw two dermatologists prior to her and not only did she address the rash on my ankles, but she pressed me to measure my moles on my body because I have fair skin and lots of them. I do not tan, nor do I use tanning beds; well, I haven't since I was young. Ms. Dudak found a suspicious mole and strongly urged me to have it removed that day in the office. When I told her that I was not comfortable having it removed right then she was upset. but she had me schedule a follow-up appointment to have it removed with Dr. Jordan in about a month.. I received a second opinion a few weeks later and found out the mole was melanoma, skin cancer. It was located on the back of my leg and it didn't bother me at all. I would have never been concerned about it. During my surgery Dr. Jordan, who is fabulous, said to me, "You know Jennifer Dudak saved your life, right?" I know she did. Ms. Dudak is passionate about what she does and sometimes it can seem overbearing, but she knows what is at stake. I will forever be thankful for her diligence and perseverance in my matter. I received a phone call from Dr. Jordan's office on Friday and the pathology report stated that they got all of the cancer out. Dr. Jordan had to remove 6cm x 5cm from my leg. I can only imagine how much more it would have spread if Ms. Dudak had not made the save.

I went for an emergency exam of a rash. I had no idea what to expect. The office is very small and…read morethe exam room lack everything expects a bed. Vitals weren't even performed. I know the better dermatologist offices are a bit of a wait these days but save your 40$ co pay and give it to an office where you'll get your money's worth.

I cannot overstate the positive difference that Dr. Frank has made in my life…read more After I lost 175 pounds, I had recurring problems with skin infections under my panniculus. Dr. Frank removed almost 11.5 pounds of excess and diseased skin from my abdomen. Even though my panniculectomy was not considered cosmetic, Dr. Frank went above and beyond to make sure the end result looked and felt great. During my recovery period, there was never any more pain that one might feel with, say, a scraped knee. My scar is even and causes me no irritation, even though it is along my belt line. In short, Dr. Frank does amazing, life-changing work. When I finally hit my goal weight, I WILL be seeing him again.

At my six week postop follow-up I expressed my concerns for my undesirable results. I was met with defensive and insulting responses. I asked Dr Frank why was there so much fat left in each area, his response was the fat was visceral.(which was not true). His second excuse was I shouldn't be laying around post op consuming whole pizzas. that I should have been doing extensive exercises and strict dieting in order to see the results I wanted as if I didn't just pay him $6000 to permanently Remove the fat.I reminded him he hadn't cleared me yet to exercise. I was told it was not a weight loss procedure and that I needed to be doing strict dieting and exercising in order for him to perform another round plus another $1800 anaesthesiologist fee. I immediately declined his services and left the office. He later reached out and agreed to waive the $1800 fee and offered to do a "touch-up" at no charge. By this time my experience was completely ruined. My postop care was not clear and I develop large lumps and a small seroma because the compression garment I was given was too large, and I was not informed to size down garments as the swelling subsides in order to help the healing process. I was also not informed of the importance of post-op lymphatic massages and was told to wait at least six weeks before receiving a first massage. The only thing I was given for a post-op was a list of lotion to use .Dr Frank greatly lacks accountability. The only thing I would accept from his practice is a partial refund. I could have went to another surgeon and paid half the price for optimal results. I am extremely disappointed because I work very hard to save money to get this procedure and I had barely have any visible results. $6000 down the drain.

I woke up one morning, on a Saturday nonetheless, with a strange rash on my side. I called around and no one was available. I happened to find Dr. Whittington's website online and called his office which linked me to the emergency number. He answered himself and said he will see me in 20 minutes! Wow talk about commitment. He saw me right away and diagnosed me with shingles. He explained that since it was caught quickly it should be able to be controlled and heal fairly soon. I have heard nasty stories of shingles wrecking havoc and causing incredible amounts of nerve pain but since mine was treated so quickly I didn't experience any of it. To this day I am very thankful for Dr. Whittington taking time out of his busy day to see me. If you have any skin issues please don't hesitate to give them a call. You will love him!

This is an exceptional doctor and office! One of the most challenging issues of being a military…read morefamily is finding great doctors after a move. I am happy to say we have found our family dermatologist. I went in to have a suspicious spot on my nose checked. It turned out to be basal cell cancer. Dr. Soleymani was extremely knowledgeable and genuine when addressing my questions and concerns regarding the Mohs procedure. Dr. Soleymani and his staff were as gentle as they could possibly be with the procedure. He did an excellent job closing my wound to create minimal scarring. I had my procedure on a Thursday and was scheduled to have the stitches removed the following Wednesday. I was surprised to receive a follow up call from Dr. Soleymani on the Monday after my procedure checking to see how everything was healing over the weekend. It really shows that he truly cares about his patients.

I had CO2 laser here in March 2025 and the care of service was terrible and the results are worse…read more I went in for my consult with Dr. Soleymani and described in great detail what I hoped to get out of the procedure/improvements to my face/skin. Dr. explained there was a very aggressive option and one that was milder. It was agreed upon by both of us that I would have the more aggressive procedure which I was totally fine with. They gave me several pages of instructions, what to expect from the procedure, aftercare and products I needed to purchase (not from them but from Target/Amazon, etc.) The Dr. made a point of saying they always call several times to check on the patient between the procedure and the follow-up appointment, he'd provide a cell number so I could reach out at anytime if I had issues between appointments, blah blah blah. I made the appointment for the extra AGGRESSIVE laser and was charged and paid in full for that procedure. I studied the instructions intently, stocked up on the required products, and eagerly awaited my appointment. Day of the nurse numbed up my face, the Dr. comes in and asks, "so what are we doing? We're not doing the full blown (something like that) CO2 are we? I don't think you need to go that deep...how much did you pay?" I'm thinking, 'are you KIDDING me??' 'How much did I pay?' For real? And now you aren't going to perform the procedure that was originally planned?? I protested and reminded him that yes indeed the full blown procedure was what "we" were doing, however, by this point my face was all numb and I had a numbing injection, not to mention a Valium (that they provided, I didn't just pop one in before I got there) that made speaking difficult and debating impossible. Long story short, I didn't receive the extreme, aggressive laser treatment (that I paid for). I never received a phone call or any communication from the office after the procedure between appointments, and the whole experience was so disappointing and frustrating. Never heard from them again. After several months of healing my skin looked worse than before I ever had the procedure and I ended up going to another dermatologist that prescribed Tretinoin and hydroquinone to help with the mess the laser left behind. Now 9 months later the topicals have made an improvement but my skin still looks worse than before the laser treatment. I wasted 3k and didn't even get what I originally paid for, it's so frustrating. I do want to mention I had fractional laser treatment about 14 years ago and the results were outstanding! My skin was gorgeous for a few years!! I thought the CO2 would be more appropriate this time around because I am that much older and felt, based on my research, would be better for my older skin. The Dr. did ask me at the end of the CO2 if I'd ever had micro needling (or whatever it's called) and that I should consider that. WHAT? You're advising me of this now??? This practice might be great for all other dermatological procedures, but I wouldn't use them for cosmetic procedures. Based on other reviews from patients that have addressed issues with this practice resulting in no resolve, I'm not going to bother trying to get mine. Rather, I'm going to write a letter of complaint to the state board just so it's on record and that's probably the best I can expect.
