Once I got home and surveyed the damage, I called and explained that I needed to have it fixed and wanted a refund. The manager offered to fix it, but I explained that I was not comfortable getting my hair cut there again and would prefer to go elsewhere. They reluctantly agreed to refund my money, which I do appreciate, but I felt as though the manager could have been more polite about it. I was completely respectful during the entire interaction and did my best to be discreet about it when I returned for my refund, and she made it clear she was not happy about issuing the refund.
