I really look forward to my haircuts with her--not only for the freshen up, but also for the genuine connection from Carla. Second of all, she gave me one of the best cuts I've ever had and thirdly, in record time. She had nailed my hair type within moments of seeing me and understood things that other hairdressers had needed years of explaining and still don't understand. I can't understand how she can possibly be this good and be so young! I wish I lived in Spartanburg and could go to her every season, but I will surely be back with her when I am in town! Also, I don't agree that $50 is overpriced for a shampoo and cut of this quality. In fact, that was what I paid someone of Carla's calibre back when I lived here in 2000s. She also offers a dry cut option of $35. This woman and her salon are a gem!!!

This is the place for my Spartanburg ladies! The atmosphere was so relaxing, spa-like, high-end, and elevated -- from the decor to the service. They even offered a complimentary drink, which was such a nice touch. The service was top-notch and did not feel like your typical rushed, assembly-line nail salon. There was a lot of attention to detail, and the prices were very fair, especially compared to some of the more "bougie" places in Greenville that charge much more for the same services. I'm so grateful Spartanburg finally has a place like this. I will absolutely be back!

The only negative thing I could say about the place is for $110 for just the VIP room and treatment, I wish there was a door that closed off the room to make it more private. With available eye masks and relaxing music. It needed to be more of a special treatment than just 2 chairs in a separate room still visible to others. I will definitely be back once a month.

The salon is very clean and inviting. There was a group of women getting pedicures and having a good time! I was directed to a pedicure chair and asked if I like my water hot. I told her yes-very! The pedicure chair has an excellent massager and there is a phone charger on the arm rest! I've never seen this before and was very impressed! My pedicure was the best I've had in Spartanburg! It was worth the very affordable price even when I added gel polish! I wanted a dip mani. But the color I selected from the wide variety choices did not come in dip powder. However, the friendly nail techs suggested I get clear dip and then gel polish. Since I like for my hands and feet to match, this was an excellent suggestion! At one point, I had a tech on each hand and Vondry on my feet. I felt like a true diva! I found my salon when I am in town! Don't sleep on this hidden gem!
