I understand when it's getting close to time to go home you want people to hurry up and get what…read morethey need but also you're going to try to help that person get what they need so they can get out of the store so you can go home. One you don't yell at the customer and tell them to hurry up and put whatever in their cart and get out. At my job I deal with the public too and if I was to talk to any customers like that your best believe I would be in some serious trouble cuz that customer is going to go and complain on me as fast as they possibly can. Walmart needs to remember you know there is Target they are a little bit more pricey but they are nice not mattering what time you come in there and they will help you get what you need so you can get out not yell at you until you to hurry up and get what you need and get out the store that was very unsatisfied tonight with the store very it might be a while before I even come back.

Very poor management, and I feel bad for the older generation during self scanning. It's hard to get through the aisle due to employees stocking during store hours. No wipes to clean carts. Staff is friendly, but I feel bad for them. I used to love this store. Thank goodness Publix is opening across the street.

I'm usually a big fan of Publix. I stop by almost every day for a sub and whatever we may be low on…read morethat day. Today, however, my wife had gone inside for a few things and saw an ad for 2 for 1 chips. When she went to check out it didn't ring up and the cashier said that it wasn't on sale. Instead of doing a price check, my wife had to go back to the display and take a photo of the sign. The cashier then called a manager who also said that there wasn't a sale. When he looked at the photo of the sale sign, he said that the size wasn't the one that was on sale. My wife pointed out that there were no other sizes in the display by the sign, but the manager didn't care. I guess that this Publix store would rather not admit that they screwed up and misplaced their sign than keep repeat customers. Oh well, it's not like there aren't many more grocery stores in the area.

Today I was on the customer service line waiting to play the lottery. At the time the person behind…read morethe desk was involved with a couple that couldn't speak English. After not being acknowledged and no end in sight I left and spent my money somewhere else. On the way out I ran into the manager who was blowing leaves away from the store. He wished me a good day. I told him would be better at the customer service if people could speak English. I advised him his customers couldn't he told me that everyone gets treated the same. I highly disagree. In today's society if you don't have a bilingual behind your desk while their situation is figured out everyone else is waiting unnecessarily. At the very least someone should have come and waited on those of us that were waiting and not being acknowledged instead of allowing a situation that seemed to be going nowhere to affect those of us painfully waiting. This is a normal an excellent store with a great staff very welcoming and service oriented today but today was a failure. If you want "treat everyone the same". You have to know your audience and be able to help when a unique situation arises but when the store is outside doing entry level work someone could needing assistance inside they aren't going to get.
