I have been coming to the salon for about a year now. I followed my stylist Jessica D from another…read moresalon over to here. I love the area I think it's super safe. Street parking can be a little tricky depending what time of day since it does get busy but I always manage to find a spot regardless. Jess is on the second floor so as soon as i walk in i just go right up, no need to check into the front desk. The aesthetic of the salon is so clean and so modern. Jess always knows my perfect color. The vibes are always awesome and the women are so sweet. Total it's about $115 which I think is super normal and reasonable for the salon in the overall experience in the area. I definitely recommend this salon to anyone in the Greenville area looking to try something new. They also have a spa attached to the salon and they also do fun events last October I went there and got a permanent bracelet done!

I went and got a partial highlight with some lowlights and a cut last week. When I left the salon I…read morenoticed my color was stripey and uneven. I called them and they were super nice fitting me in the next day to fix it free of charge. When I left the next day I loved the color. However it wasent until I straightened it I saw she butchered my haircut. It was uneven and slanted. I will give someone a second chance any day, but once they need a third they've lost my business for good. I'm just not sure how she never noticed the cut was uneven by the second time I went to her. I had to pay another hair dresser to fix her mistake and she ended up having to cut an additional .5 in off my hair to make it even. I was very disappointed and will never be going back.

I give TODD BURNS 5 STARS! This was my first visit to the salon. I chose to go here after reading…read morereviews of Todd on other review sites. He's so awesome! He listened to me, gave his professional opinion & delivered an amazing cut & highlights! I found my go-to in Greenville, finally! Like I said, this was my first visit here, and upon arrival, I was not greeted or acknowledged by anyone for almost 10 minutes. The receptionist wasn't present, and the two female stylists in the salon had clients but didn't even acknowledge me. That gave me negative vibes instantly. Thankfully Todd was as amazing as he was to improve my mood.

Hannah was my stylist. What an unprofessional person she is . I explained everything very clearly…read morealong with photographs. She did NOTHING that I asked for. When she saw how messed up my hair looked , she said well, my next client is here. I said what does that mean. She said I can't fix your hair now because I don't know how! Then she starts crying. I said why are you crying? I should be the one crying having to leave here with my hair looking like a toddler colored it. Why would the Owner put me with someone with such little experience and so unprofessional? This is NOT acceptable. RUN from this salon! If the Owner doesn't know her own stylist that speaks volumes to what happened to me yesterday. I'd really like to know what all the CRYING was about. I'm the offended party here and she's crying? Totally unacceptable!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I strongly disagree. You didn't even bother to call me to find out exactly what happened. Did she show you the photos of the botched color job? Did she bother to show you the photo that I sent to her in a text so she could consult with you? She also said to me that you were on vacation and absolutely no idea when you were going to return. So what were my options? Go around with a hideous hair color job? As a salon owner you should have called me instead of letting me twist in the wind with crappy hair color. First she said I could wait an hour till her next client was done. At first I said I don't have the time. Then she said that I could meet her at the TR location and she would do it there. So when I said let me call my husband to see if we could rearrange our scheduling for later THAT day. She said I don't know how to fix it and I need to talk to my boss before I can fix it. Also, I did schedule with someone else and you called me to say that she wasn't available and I could meet with one of two stylist. I chose Hannah because you said she was available and excellent and had been there for 3 years. Now to the being rude, I don't know what they told you but all I asked was "Why are you crying". If that is being rude, I don't comprehend. I was kind to her and did not make a scene which I would have been justified in doing. Still, she screws up my hair, then tells me her next client is waiting. I said "So exactly what are you telling me"? That's when the crying started. This behavior is totally unacceptable and you as a salon owner need to get the story straight before blaming a client instead of an incompetent hair dresser with emotional problems. You're just enabling it. You should be ashamed! I cannot believe that you would allow this type of treatment to your clients. Further more you allow this behavior by justifying a wrong and not finding out what REALLY happened.
