I came looking for a specific nail product. They did not have it. The salesperson showed me another product and raved about it. She talked so much about her family, husband, mother and father. Information I really didn't want to know . Ugh!! I assumed she knew about the product she was selling me so I bought it. Later when I started to do my nails I realized that what she sold me was a product that was part of a kit and it specifically said on the back that it was not to be put on the natural nail. I was furious at this time because the store was closed and I had businesses the next day. Needless to say I will not be shopping at that store again. Picked up an order for a customer through a shopping app. Was having some issues with the app when I went to pick up the items. The lady behind the counter, which I assume was the manager, was extremely rude and dismissive. After I grabbed the items and was about to walk out, I politely said " have a nice day", and she didn't even acknowledge me. Good luck with your business, you're going to need it. I frequent this facility quite often. The staff is quite friendly and quite knowledgeable on whatever products I have questions on, and if they honestly don't have an answer they can find somebody who does. The managers really cool. She has got a fun attitude. If there was any complain I could put about the store is that it gets really crowded on the 1st and the 15th and the adjacent days, but hey what can you expect around payday weekends and paydays in general. Have been in this store in Killeen a lot of times in the past with my three daughter's who tend shop there regular, until now. I am not impressed with this store's customer service at all. Very rude and very willing to rip you off on a return purchase or exchange. This is the Sally's near the Killeen mall. Upon entering the store, my 8 yr old boy tells me he needs to use the bathroom. I ask the lady standing near the door if they have a restroom that my little one can use. She tells me no and that they have one at the Family Christian bookstore. I politely say okay, because I understand the business policy of not having public restrooms. However, I think it's very inconsiderate to not allow young kids to use the restroom. So I go to the Family Christian bookstore, tell the lady at the Family Christian bookstore that Sally's sent me to them so my son could use the restroom. Son uses the restroom; I return to Sally's and the same lady is standing near the door. Mind you, she had her work smock on during both entrances. No greeting, which from the reviews seems the norm. I pickup the item I need and head to the check out. No one is at the register, but the lady standing near the door earlier is now perusing the middle aisle. I tell her I'm ready, she informs me she (the other girl working) is coming. So this particular customer service lady, just caused me to visit a different Sally's in the future. Maybe this lady doesn't realize the bigger picture of business; the store sales are comparative among other Sally's. I'll take my money elsewhere.
