The business cards are in English and Spanish, but I got the impression the owners may be from Europe. 3 stars principally covers the minimalism of the shop, lack of Saturday hours, and English proficiency of the lady who usually is working there. There are stuffed toys on display and a few other odds and ends like mineral water for sale. It's a small space - ceilings are low, the sewing equipment is immediately behind the front desk, the fitting area is a mirror in front of the desk. You'll be visible through the store's window while being fitted, but I presume you could dart into the bathroom to change, if you request. I'm a guy trying on a few shirts - so I didn't care, and there is not really any foot traffic in front of such a small shopping center for the lookie loos. I thought my fitting was a bit brief, using safety pins instead of straight pins, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt on experience. Total cost for my shirts, was the lowest of any of the local tailors I have tried so far. So if you need basic alterations on a budget, without precise dialog with your tailor, I could recommend this store. My shirts were returned to me on time. The stitching was professional, the fit was fair and balanced. (Maybe a bit conservative, a little more taken on the upper arms would have been OK with me.)

She likes the Elizabeth Taylor White Diamonds line, and it can be hard to find at times. Walked in with her and unfortunately the only thing I can say from my observations is that that staffing level is a joke. She walked in and took a couple of minutes, but she promptly found what she was looking for. It was behind glass but that is not an unusual anit-theft measure these days. Back to the front counter and only one station open (turned out that was the only Walgreens employee available) and there were two ahead of her. No problem but when she got to the counter and asked for someone to open the display to get what she wanted, she was informed that the person at the cashier was the only person who could open the cabinet for her. Finally she went back to the display and opened it for my wife. Originally my wife only wanted one there were two available and to avoid going through this again, she took both boxes. Back to the front and even though the cashier had walked her back to the merchandize, she was again second in the que. At this point just an aggravation but it the store had been busier; it could have been a disaster.

This used to be a good Pharmacy but in recent year it has gone to the dogs. From the always rude staff to pickup notifications being sent for prescriptions that aren't ready , it seems to always be something new to deal with. I may sound old fashioned but I long for the good ole days when businesses cared about their customers.

How do I submit ZERO stars!?!?…read more This is the most disorganized, non responsive office I've ever experienced!! Stepmother went for a bladder infection. They took urine specimen to send for culture. After ONE week with no response, phone call was placed to the office to find out the specimen was lost. Why didn't someone contact us for another specimen? Gave another specimen, they sent for culture on a Thursday evening. No callbacks as of Monday. Called left a message to be called back with an update- no call back!!! Went in person to the office Monday afternoon- said would call by the end of the day-DIDN'T HAPPEN!!! Tuesday phone calls not returned. Tuesday afternoon another in person visit to the office to hear - we still don't have the results!! This whole time with no sort of prescription to help this lady with Parkinson's and dementia who is also now in extreme discomfort from a bladder infection. Worthless!
