First of all, we set everything up with them in person. We were notified that our script was ready but when we went to pick it up, they didn't have us in their system and had no script for us. We had to call the Dr. and have them send the script again! After a long wait, we were told that we would have to start all over again and it wouldn't be ready until the next day. When we tried to call them to see if they had the prescription, we were not able to get through. Because one of the scripts was needed, we went to another pharmacy (Harris Teeter). We were told they don't like dealing with them to transfer as they were difficult to deal with. They suggested that we call our doctor again and have them send all scripts to HTeeter. This we did and hopefully I will have my much needed script tomorrow. My hubby and I never want to step foot in that dingy, old pharmacy again. If you are smart, you won't either.

He was adamite that the pain I feel from a "small" growth under my skin on my neck against my spine is not real and repeatedly told me he would have to "fish for it" once he went in. He also stated that he would BOLD TYPE in the report that this will not fix my issue or give any relief. The crazy thing is that I never felt this pressure before in that area until about 6 months ago when the growth appeared to start. How does he know for sure?? I am glad that he gave me his educated guess that this would not work. Maybe this is why this type of industry refers to these offices as a practice as it is not always 100% perfect????
