The site also stated they do not need to inform the customer , "as my policies page covers substitutions" she stated. I don't have an issue with charcoal but I certainly would not purposely lay in a bath of it. I believe in honesty and the site is aware the product sent was incorrect but believes I am a liar and refused to refund my money. My last email from the site stated "But really I would never be in your position because I don't believe any of this happened, and you can't show evidence to the contrary, so you weren't in that position either. I genuinely hope you get help for...whatever has gone on in your life that has led you to this conversation." Nice customer service! I have never posted a bad review but I did today and to the BBB.

The teacher was so encouraging, and greatly took time and consideration in answering questions and offering the best feedback. She has a genuine love for her artisanal work and it mirrors in the way she treats her students. Thank you for such a wonderful representation of small businesses in Tacoma. Nothing new to report as far as that goes on that front. Customer service was good and no complaints. The product I purchased was a deodorant called Milk & Honey. The deodorant was extra strength and hasn't disappointed in any kind of failure in protection there. The fragrance I purchased was Lemon and Vanilla which is subtle and pleasant. Good, quality deodorant and the plastic applicator works just fine versus my last experience with an Ulta store which really had nothing to do with the store but a different brand of deodorant with a tedious and dysfunctional applicator.

Nancy educated me about it more, and we talked about all the other options and decided on pellet therapy. I am SO GLAD I did it! The procedure was easy, and within a few hours of getting the pellets, I started to feel better. Here is what I have noticed. It was subtle at first and then got better over several days. The night I got the pellets, I noticed a calmness come over me that I had not felt in years. Previously, I lived with near-constant irritation, almost like being in a permanent state of PMS for the last few years. The smallest life disruptions would stress me out very quickly. That irritation feeling fell away within a few hours of getting the pellets. I also slept much better, and that continues. Usually, I would only get about 4 hours of sleep at night and then be wide awake again, often due to back pain. Now I am sleeping about 6 hours instead of 4 and more soundly.
