When I raised concerns, the company relied on GPS records showing a truck at my property but could not provide photos from my property, despite telling me that photos are normally taken. What disappointed me most was the way the issue was handled. At no point did anyone offer to come to the property, walk the lawn with me, inspect the results, or independently verify my concerns. Instead, I was left with a charged credit card and no confidence that I received the service I paid for. Most importantly, there was never any visible evidence that the aeration and overseeding had occurred, and there still isn't. More than a month later, the lawn shows no meaningful signs of new grass growth, improvement, or change. Whether the work was not performed or was performed so poorly that it produced no observable result, the outcome was the same from my perspective: I paid for a service and saw no evidence that it benefited my lawn.
