I told my girl friend to ask the check in clerk to call a cab while I parked my truck in the lot across the street. I could not have been gone more than seven or eight minutes but the cab was already there when I got back. He had even been patiently waiting for five minutes. The cab driver was quite personable and pointed out the land marks along the way to us. I would definitely use this cab service again.

He mentioned it was car show week and that Nick was tied up. NEVER advised me to call another company or that they couldn't/wouldn't help me. He did confirm airport pick up and drop off. I had contacted Vince a few more times to confirm the other dates. Again, he never hinted there were issues. He just stopped replying UNTIL I advised him that I was going to cancel. THEN he immediately responded with "sorry for the trouble". My issues are: I'm handicapped and he knows that - would they have stranded me at the airport, stranded me at Monterey Bay Plaza and Spa with no way to get around, expected me to find other transportation and then happily let/expect them to take me to the airport when I departed. Now I have credits with the hotel and airline. It takes me awhile to plan things and I was really looking forward to enjoying a ocean and wildlife fix. I would have changed my travel dates if I had any idea there were issues. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of honesty and customer service that Vince displayed to me as a returning customer.
