He put me right at ease and was great. He left to go work with doctors I think in Hati or some other impovershied country. I have now been seeing Dr. Grimm. He is wonderful, I can't say enough nice things about him. I have been very sick and we can't seem to find the cause even after hundreds of tubes of blood and tests, but he has not given up. When you become a member of his practice you get his personal cell in case of emergency and even though I hate to bother him late at night or on weekends, he has always answered and called in prescriptions for me or helped me when I had an alergic reaction to a medication. I don't have health insurance and he understands that and is always trying to help me with specialists who will take me without insurance. I never feel rushed when I see him like I have with other Doctors. He listens to you and takes his time with you. I am from Boston where we have the best hospitals and doctors in the country but none have ever treated me with respect, caring and kindness that Dr.Grimm has. I absolutely love him and his staff. Jessica and Jamie. This is the best practice I have ever been too and even though MVIP is kind of pricy to join, it is well worth it for the care you get. I reccomend this practice 100%

He is exceptional, spends the right amount of time with each of us and really has a caring manner and wants to understand his patient's needs. With several other doctors on staff at the facility, we are able to be seen even if he happens to be away. The staff are all friendly and very capable, and the facility is exceptionally clean compared to others I have had in the past. Now if they could get their computer systems at Eisenhower up to date, with the ability to interact with all the local labs in town. Also expect your billing to be delayed for upwards of a year, the computer & administrative side is as backward as the other hospital based care facilities we've utilized (in LA).

The front desk people are extremely rude! They make you feel like they are being imposed upon and demand that you wait, they will not give any answers, they claim they don't work for the doctor.  The nurse came out with the usual forms to be filled out and  after completing them I had to wait for a full hour before she called me inside the doctors room, they took my blood pressure but didn't know how to do it, I had to mention to the nurse that my arm is not in the proper position AND SHE SAID IT DOESN'T MATTER! My opinion? I would not go to that doctor if my life depended on it!

Honestly one of the most disappointing appointments I've ever had…read more I was seeing Dr. Rios but she's no longer works there. My first time seeing Agarwal was just a waste of time. The whole purpose of the visit was to get help for a reaction I had to an antibiotic. She just read me my lab results and was about to leave when I asked what I could do about the reaction on my face to the antibiotic. (I had already told the nurse this when I was first brought into the room. This was the only reason I had made the appointment) Apparently the nurses failed to relay that to her and she had no idea what I was talking about. She seemed like she was in a rush to get to her other patients. Completely disregarded my concerns about a possible allergic reaction to the antibiotic and all she said was that she could only prescribe a steroid which she even said would give me more side effects. She didn't care to take a look at or ask more questions about the reaction I was having. She just said it looks fine and when I asked about topicals to help she just said no there's nothing else she can do. Drove all the way from Indio to Palm Springs for nothing. Paid the copay and got no answers. Now I have to go to urgent care to help me.

I also discovered I had breast cancer this year. She flew in action and took the time to call me at home to tell me my diagnosis instead of learning in my medical test results. She also referred me to two wonderful surgeons to complete a series of very serious surgical procedures I needed. She took the time to adjust my meds to make sure my side effects were as little as possible. I Also have a history of very painful Pap smears when going to gynecologists. Dr. George was very empathetic and said she could actually do my Pap smear for me herself, and would make it as painless as possible. It really was, and I was so grateful! She spends a lot more time talking & listening than most of the doctors I've been to. I really appreciate feeling like I'm talking to a friend who I can tell anything to. He also has a good sense of humor which I appreciate the when I am nervous I tend to make jokes or make light of the situation. I would recommend her to anyone, particularly women.

She makes house calls which was so important when I was very ill last year. I can get pap smears from her which saves me a trip to a gynecologist, and she can do blood work so I don't need to go to a separate lab. I also started getting micro needling facial treatments from her in addition to stem cell injections where my lower eye bags were a problem with astonishing results. Her nurse Jacqueline is very attentive and makes sure my prescriptions are always refilled on a timely basis. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Platt's office - she is a treasure in my life as she gives the best care. There are twelve 5 star reviews that are 'not recommended' for Dr. Platt, which confounds me. Yelp uses AI to determine what reviews are not recommended, and it seems to me that there is still some bugs to work out as those 5 star reviews should be legitimate.
