From start to finish, my experience exceeded expectations. Check-in was immediate and friendly, and the wait time was minimal. While I've seen some reviews mention a lack of eye contact or focus on the computer, my experience was the complete opposite. Dr. Yao spent an enormous amount of time getting to know my medical history, asking thoughtful questions--more than any physician I've seen before--and carefully documenting everything so it's accessible for other providers. She couldn't have been more knowledgeable, personable, or caring.
