The drop off service which is reasonably priced and quick 2-3 hours. They do your laundry then put it in a locker with 24 hour access. They text you the locker number and combo. You get a handy laundry bag that's great for travelers like me. I had once for years and it held up very well. The machines are decently priced and plentiful. The sell laundry supplies or you can bring your own for the drop off service. Definitely recommend this place. I am a repeat customer.

She had the nerve to tell me it's because they were blankets meanwhile the machine (same size) right next to me is filled with water with blankets aaaaand rugs! They absolutely destroyed my daughters Uggs. When my mother went to pickup, she thankfully looked before she left. One was like 3 shades darker than the other and was the texture of sandpaper. The other shoe looked like it hadn't been touched. And the worker was like "idk what happened. we won't charge you for them." And my mom refused to take them because they had ruined them. After some attitude and much reluctance they told my mother that they would reimburse her for a new pair. My mom had to go back the following day with the link for a new pair and had them order and pay for it. Im not sure how to post pics on here but I have a pic and video of the ruined shoes. If they were unable to properly clean the Uggs to begin with they should have told us and we would have tried a different dry cleaner. And if they are able to do them, maybe not test out new techniques on customers' stuff. We still never got a clear reason what happened or why. It was "Idk what happened" So if you want Uggs cleaned, don't go here. They are probably ok for clothing but that's not a chance I'm willing to take.

It cost $15 to use the big washers, which is much higher than anything in this area. They are newer machines but you don't need to set the price higher than my hourly wage. 4. Some of the machines only take a credit card. If you put coinage in thinking it accepts both card and coin you're wrong. The coin total will stay at $8 or $15 depending on the machine. If you think you can make a call and get reimbursed forget it. Shouldn't you as the owner, at least cover up the coin slot if you can only use a card. All your doing is fucking people over and you know it. I hope your business crumbles. I would have given zero stars but one star is as low as you can go, unlike the shit service you provide. The facility was clean, had a helpful attendant, and almost all of the equipment was in working order, with the couple of machines that were not being clearly marked as out of service. There were a variety of sizes of commercial washers that were front loading and this is where you needed to pay. The dryers were then free to use. These washers worked on an app, or one could pay a machine at the front and enter the washer number to activate it. The washers at first seemed a little pricey, but considering the dryers were included in the pricing it wasn't bad at all. There were seating area near the washers, or a larger seating area at the front where one could buy a cup of fresh Keurig coffee. For a more complete coffee experience one can walk to the coffee shop next door. I think the one thing that made this place really memorable for me was that it actually had a wall of homey laundry-themed decorations. This included a wallpaper strip and a number of antique wash-boards. Now that is something you don't see in most laundromats!
