He then completely ghosted us, never showed up to the job, and failed to deliver any service whatsoever. When we reached out for a resolution, he refused to return the deposit -- and instead posted a false review on our business page in what appears to be retaliation. We have full documentation of the agreement and payment, and we are taking formal steps to report this behaviour to protect our company and others from similar issues. We strongly advise other businesses to proceed with caution.
