This is a meat lovers paradise but even though Vegetarians might not love the meat market part, they might enjoy the wine and spirts department. Yes my limit was three items because the day was early and who knows where I might stop next on a whim. #1 was the hot snack sticks which had more girth than most others with some heat/smoke that were lean and tasty just slightly more than a snack. #2 was the braunschweiger which had a sewn style casing that was like a slightly smokey/creamy/corse pate which is way more refined than the common ones in the store because it's has a smoother quality flavor. Number one and two were so hard because they were so good. #3 was obvious with the breakfast sausage. It was fresh/juicy and plump with a great quality casing on the slightly sweet side but it was very mild and didn't have any flavors that screamed breakfast, I could have put this in a dinner sausage sampler and it would fit right in with a sharp mustard dipper. The unexpected stop at this country meat shop was a cool place to come across and leave with some local items that I could not find where I live and two out of there being pretty good is all right with me.
