A family member went in with a health concern and was told, "fat girls don't get POTS". She had extreme fatigue and was brushed off and offered a medication that is NOT recommended due to it being known for worsening symptoms of those with POTS. She is in the process of getting diagnosed and was treated with extreme disrespect and her concerns were not taken seriously. I would never recommend this place due to the lack of professionalism from medical professionals. I understand that the diagnosis process takes time, but to be body shamed by your doctor and nearly prescribed a medication that could make your symptoms worse is extremely disgusting. read more

My mom had fallen last night and peeled the skin off her forearm as she skid on top of it across the bathroom floor. PA Joe Gray was thorough and even took cultures of a previous fall wound that was not healing as I was worried the same issue may occur now. The nurse cleaned it up the new wound and wrapped it very thoroughly. They prescribed antibiotics in hopes to help her heal after this. And even prescribed a bedside toilet to help prevent her from falling as her falls are mostly in the middle of the night, trying to go to the bathroom. So helpful and responsive! I took my son here to have an abscess incised and drained. The front office staff was kind and helpful. The provider (Nickky) was gentle and patient. She talked to my son, explaining the procedure. The billing was transparent (cash patient). Shawna at checkout helped us get CareCredit payments set up. My son has been going back every other day to get the wound packing changed. The staff is rude called ahead to ask if an appointment was needed they said no they do walk ins but what they don't tell you is having an appointment is better cause you get seen faster cause we waited 2 hours and was still waiting before we decided to leave. Front staff was rude and apparently they don't know how to do business. Don't waste your time. read more

Just be aware of what you are paying a premium price for. Do NOT expect to see a DOCTOR, you will get a PA or NP for more than the price of a MD. If you have anything serious, expect to pay them 180 dollars or more and be referred without treatment. They dress up like doctors, charge more than doctors, but have a minimal education, don't be fooled. Even with a cold, go to your regular PC MD, do not risk being misdiagnosed, over charged, because a pig in a white coat is still a pig. read more

went in as a walk-in , sat and waited finally left after waiting 1:40. the entire time I was waiting people with appointments were being called in. obviously this doctor is too busy with appointment/ regular patients to care for walk ins. I've been to this clinic multiple times for myself and my child. We have been there for a broken shoulder and sickness. I've had great service (especially with the nurses and doctors). Dr. Roseberry has been the provider for my son twice and he is AMAZING all the way around! He is extremely good with kids, knowledgeable, and very friendly! Never been to a doctor's office that requires you to leave your credit card in a safe so they have it so when they are done ripping you off. Went to see them for a foot infection, the minute the doctor saw it I was told they couldn't help me and that I need to go to the hospital, went out to the receptionist who was waiting with my credit card in hand, and was charged 144.00 for nothing. If I could give negative stars I would! I have been here a couple of times as well as my children. To begin with the front office receptionist is extremely rude!! They are seriously unethical and will do anything to do the least amount of care and charge you for the highest level of care! Just recent visit was for my daughter after waiting for over an hour with only 1 other person in waiting room we get back to exam room & got blood pressure taken and then FNP comes in to tell us she can do nothing for us got straight to hospital , she can't help us! Then does a 20 second if that exam and she says after telling us where hospital was," oh real quick let me do this" she looks in eyes, test grip in hands and feet and send us on our way. On way to ER calls to get credit card information to pay! Come to find out next day when I called for a receipt, we were charged as new patient when they had all info in system since she was not a new patent and got billed the highest level of care! $180 for a 20-30 seconds!! NEVER AGAIN! and this is only one review of one visit . I could go on about prior visits, I guess I was thinking they had improved and it was a Sunday so my options were limited. I even called before hand asking if they would be able to help us. I told the nurse too when she said go to ER that I wish they would of been honest and told us they couldn't help us didn't have the machines/ testing equipment for what we would need done & go to a hospital instead wasting our time and money!! read more

We used the Web Check-in feature which was awesome. They called within the hour and we were in a room within 10 minutes of arriving at the clinic. The staff was courteous and Dr Salas had a wonderful bedside manner. After an evaluation and quick flu test, we had our diagnosis and we were on our way back home. It was a great experience and we will definitely use this clinic in the future. read more

Called to ensure they took my insurance, the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and condescending. She actually told me they didn't have time to tell me because there are tons of insurance companies. I use to work in a dental office and was over the insurance and billing; you never tell a patient that. If you don't accept appointments and you can't help with insurance information, why even have someone answer the phone? This is the one thing I hate about Paris, family owned businesses that continue to thrive with no respect for their customers. I didn't even waste my time going here because of how hateful the lady was that answered the phone. Horrible first impression and customer service! read more
