My wife and I went here for our 5year anniversary. The atmosphere was nice, very clean and nicely decorated. Wide range of drinks available, we both had Singha which is an amazing beer.
To start we had the Sala Thong Platter, which was squid, prawn toast, satay chicken skewers and some rolls, with fresh salad, veg and duck and prawn filling. With a dip selection of sweet chilli, satay and a seafood sauce( I asked the waitress, it was lime juice, garlic and chilli) the whole thing was amazing. The squid nice and light, not chewy prawn toast was amazing as was the rest of it.
For main I had the "Moo Krob Pad Krapao"(apologies if that's wrong) it's a belly pork with chilli, garlic and basil sauce with a side of egg fried rice. I could have eaten that all day, perfect spice kick with bags of flavour. Could not fault it. My wife had "Moo Krob Katiam Pik Tai" (again, apologies) this was belly pork with crack black pepper and garlic sauce with mushrooms and spring onions. I tried only a bit of the sauce and a couple chunks of pork, but again very nice.
Absolute taste explosion, would highly recommend this place to anyone. It seemed busy so I'd definitely book. read more
