I started using Eternity Spa after hearing about it on Groupon. I purchased a full body massage,…read moremanicure and facial. All for the amazing price of £29.00. I was impressed when entered the premises. The staff were welcoming and the fresh, modern décor was attractive. The three treatments were done by the same person and all within the space of a couple of hours. I really liked this approach. It felt well organised and very customer focussed. The treatments were very good and I particularly enjoyed the massage. On that basis I purchased another spa package and would definitely recommend Eternity to friends and family.

It's just along Derby Road between the Cutting Rooms and Waterfields. It's basically a door! The security measures mean you have to ring and smile at the camera to be let in but at the same time it's nice that once in you feel safe and secure that no-one who shouldn't be in there is. The girls are friendly and my eyebrows where beautifully waxed esp. after the last fiasco I had with them. It was really good value, quick and as pleasant as getting your eyebrows waxed can be. I'll be booking to go back before Christmas!

Both ladies use a combination of body weight and rubbing massage techniques, not so much yoga-type massage stretches here. I pay £35 for one hour massage. The décor includes some nice Thai features, such as embroidered silks and artificial flowers. I always get a warm welcome here, and a homely feeling that puts me at ease. Downstairs is the reception and the more luxurious treatment room. Although the upstairs room is smaller and the décor not quite so fresh, I prefer it due to the en suite toilet. Massage takes place on solid but comfortable wooden tables. No shower is available. Also, there is no central heating and in winter I have sometimes found the level of heating from a small heater in the room only just acceptable - I feel for the girls also, given that Thailand has a warm climate. In conclusion, unquestionably 5 star staff, but I'm docking one star for the facilities. However, for me, this is still probably my favourite Thai massage place due to an established rapport with the ladies.

I was a little early for my 1pm appointment anyway and as she explained the mix up, she stated that a masseuse would be available in 30 minutes, appologised, and said that she'd only charge me for the 30 minute price as appose to the 55 minute price I'd book and was going to receive. Now I mean everyone likes freebies yes but I think this type of customer service, where they admit they were at fault and make amends by doing something to offset them inconveniencing you is lost nowadays and a lot of the time you're made to feel like you're the one at fault. Having worked in the customer service field I get how important it is but also how easy it is to forget about it and think 'why does it matter' well this review proves it does with a 4 star rating! On this visit I had a 55 minutes Deep-Tissue massage due to my increasingly fragile muscles (too much football) and I left feeling great. Deep-Tissue massages can be a little different and less relaxing as they are digging into you a little more but I did feel surprisingly supple afterwards! Normal price for this massage would be £50 and I highly recommend it - just don't book online ;)

I have never ever had a facial before so this was a whole new experience for me!…read more For my mum's birthday, I wanted to spoil her a bit and try something new. For the last birthday, we learnt how to make sushi at Samsi in Spinningfields which was hilarious! My mum had never had a facial either and I didn't know if she'd ever had her nails done, so I booked us in for a mini facial (you pick two areas yourself) and a polish and preen manicure each. Upon arrival, you will smell delightful incense and be seated in very comfy chairs... We had to wait in turn for the facial as we chose the micro dermal diamond facial - there is only one machine for this. Boy was it worth it though! I was even advised upon asking the nail technician that this was the best one to choose. I was nervous at first but the calming music that carries throughout the building and the confident person doing the facial, explaining everything each step of the way, is more than enough to help you relax! He explained that he would be cleansing the skin first, then applied a rough scrub to my face, and notified me he would be turning on the machine and not to be alarmed. ...Machine?! Oh you mean the quiet whirring of the box next to you with the tiny suction wand? Oh it's like it sandblasts my skin? It felt like a tiny little suction tip moving across my T-Zone! Amazing! And if you hadn't had enough of the revelation of your skin feeling like it can actually breath afterwards, wait until he shows you the container of dirt that's been sucked out of your pores! Ewwww!! But so good to see and feel how much clearer your skin is :) I went back through to have my nails done whilst my mum went in - the guy doing the facials was great and gave us all the advice we needed - you can have these facials every 11 days if you're trying to target an area of blackheads - I totally need to do this... The girl doing my nails was lovely, advised me on a colour because I was so indecisive and the bright blue looks lovely on :) If you're in need of a nails scrub up like we were, the preen and polish is definitely for you! Cuticles treated, trimmed if need be, nails polished, filed and lacquers of polish. 3 days later and they still look good :) I will definitely be back for more facials! Go take a visit and spoil yourself!
