Several occasions I've asked her to focus and concentrate on my shoulder that is hurting. I told her over the phone while making the booking as well as when I arrived and throughout the whole session. She deliberately avoided to do my shoulder when I finally insisted on her doing my shoulder at last six minutes I could feel the tension do not waste your money. It was so awkward. I trusted her and thought she has a process and saving the best for last. Clearly she can not do a sports or deep tissue massage. It was just a normal Thai massage. She only wanted to specifically avoid the area I need focus on in the hope I will come back for another round, which would be stupid. I have a long Chronic pain muscle problem I would've come back every week and paid her £50 now I wouldn't recommend it to anybody . I literally cried all the way back home. I was so desperate and I am in so much physical pain and now I'm going home with £50 less but no pain. Relief is shameful how you practice your business I'm so disappointed you could've helped me.
