I enjoyed an amazing 1 hr foot reflexology massage that evening. They were sure to ask about the pressure and be sure I was happy throughout. I returned the following day with my 11 yr. old daughter and the two of us both enjoyed a 1-hour foot reflexology massage. Both my daughter and I were very satisfied. I never knew I needed this in my life! So wonderful and relaxing and a 1 hour foot massage is only $35! And it's not just your feet! What to bring: rubber band for your hair. They massage the neck area. If you forget, they provide one but I think it's a 'community' hair tie Don't wear foundation. They do a quick facial massage (forehead, cheeks, jaw area) Wear comfy clothing. Pants that roll up and you can bend your legs to your chest Make an appointment. They seem to book them at the top of the hour. If you're early there is a small waiting room with comfortable couches. What to expect: The foot massage room is lined with 5 massage beds against each wall. Calming, clean and dark with mini dividers and a hook to hang your coat/purse above each bed. Soothing music plays and they darken the room during the session. They start with your feet soaking in a warm bucket. Then they massage your feet, legs, arms, hands, back, neck, shoulders, face and scalp! It's a lot! And it's wonderful! It's seriously heavenly! This is a good option if you are body conscience. You get the massage without having to take off your clothes. Plenty of Parking in shared lot with the strip mall. Sakura is located at the very end of the lot. This place is a mixed bag in terms of quality of massage. Most people are fair-good. A select few are great. The hours online state they are open until 10:00 pm. I just called (it is 7:30 pm) and a lady with a very harsh voice abruptly said they close at 8 pm--and I was simply calling to see if they were open post-COVID. Basically, she was telling me, "Don't even think about coming here today!" This isn't the first time this happened. I live 5-10 mins away and this happened before. So, I showed up and they took me right away--this has happened 2 or 3 times. The bad reviews don't surprise me and are not to farfetched with my experience there. I've been here 5-6 times or more. I would return if the manager's service was good and if she was more professional. Whenever I have to work with her she makes me feel like an inconvenience--and I tip very well--so that isn't the issue. I've seen her eyebrows raise with how much I tip some of her employees. All the workers are nice. The manager, however, is not. It's too bad because otherwise this place would be great! The managers demeanor, simply put, makes me not want to go here. If I end up coming back, it is because I happen to have enough in me to deal with her untoward attitude. read more

If you want a great deep tissue massage for a good price, come here. There's a chance you could get one. However, I recently went and didn't ask who the masseuse would be and got a woman. No offense, but it was a total waste of money. I'm not sure if she actually applied pressure at all during the hour. I was really disappointed. The Worst.....did not get a full hour. The male massage therapist only rubbed my shoulder bones (ouch) for the entire back massage, was rough and totally did not know what he was doing. While working on my feet, he was either getting up to go to the back room or he was massaging the same area with one hand while looking at his phone with the other. I have been here now four times in a year. For $35 you get a 10-15 minute sitting massage of the head and neck. Firstly, yes, most of these people speak little English, but they try very hard to be accommodating and helpful. Plus if you just let them do their thing, you will leave feeling like you spent the day at the spa. Clothes stay on, and there can be many people in the room at once, but it is not noticable when you are laying down, or sitting with your eyes closed. My suggestion is that if you are looking for a way to relax, loosen up your tense muscles and do it without breaking the bank... Go here! Helpful information I got from a friend when we were going the first time: 1) Wear shorts, or pants that can easily pull up over the knees 2) Wear a tank top under your shirt so they can really get into digging through the neck/shoulder area. 3) I keep the shirt on my lap and pull it on before laying down to stay warmer. 4) Just go with the flow, and relax. Understand you are NOT at a frilly spa massage place. They get in with elbows and pressure points. Only reason for 4 Stars is that when they have dance classes next door you can hear the music through the wall a bit, and it would be helpful if payments were a bit smoother.. it can be a chore at the end of paying with credit cards. read more

I have been going to this place for years. Since the time they opened in Northborough. I like their $35 for an hour foot reflexology. That's value for money and if you get a good masseuse then there couldn't be a better place. I have tried their 1 hour deep tissue body massage too. The masseuse was very good, she applied a lot of pressure just the way I wanted it. But she just did my back for an hour. When I got out and conveyed it to the owner Lucy that I would have like her to work on my lower thigh closer to my knee, her response was I probably had too many knots in my back and so she couldn't get to the front of my lower thigh. She also insisted that I pay a tip of 25%. This cannot and shouldn't be enforced. I suggested to Lucy that since most of her workers cannot speak or understand English she should give a heads up to her employees of what the clients are looking for. NOT reflexology, a total waste of money. Really, really disappointing! I just took my son for a massage today. I had a male masseuse and my son had a female masseuse. An argument broke out between the employees. The were openly arguing in the spa area, while we lay there with towels over our eyes! It was very uncomfortable. They set us up with water buckets and soaked our feet.... while they were arguing! They got up and left us soaking, and walked to the front office to continue to argue with the door open. Our one-hour massage began at 2:15pm and they finished at 3:00 pm, we were charged for one hour. The male masseuse i had was terrible, I almost got up and left several times during the massage. It was NOT reflexology, it was 45 min application of lotion. Both of our masseuses continued to talk to each other throughout the massage, which was not relaxing and very unprofessional. My foot massage consisted of one motion in the the same spot for a long time. I finally had to sit up and ask him to massage my entire foot not just the one spot. read more

OMG! I have arthritis in my ankles and plantar fasciitis in my feet. I went to "another" reflexology place a month ago. I needed a bullet to bite, "SO PAINFUL" !! She spoke no English, kept nodding when I said "PAIN" "PAIN". So.... I was VERY reluctant to give reflexology a try again. Sakura was "HEAVEN". Nice warm foot bath to start, shoulder and neck and upper back massage in the sitting position. Very thorough massage of my calf , knee, ankles, each toe, heal , arch. Based on an RHOH (Real Housewives of Hopkinton) recommendation, I tried Sakura Foot Reflexology in Westborough. Amazing results. I was exhausted from work, suffering from allergies, and pain due to a chiropractic treatment I'm receiving. All symptoms were gone after the treatment. It was very relaxing atmosphere. You get more than foot reflexology. Back, neck, leg and arm massage included. All for $35 for an hour. Definitely going back. read more

I rate this spot 3 stars. I've come here many many times and the more I continue going the more I realize how inconsistent every employee is. Sometimes I have great experiences and other times I truly feel like the person doesn't know what they're doing or isn't licensed. As far as clean...I've witness them keeping the bottom towel that covers the bed you're laying on, on the table for the next person!!! That is definitely not sanitary. They do however seem to wash the top towel that goes on top. At the end of the service I usually tip my person around $10 but they give a vibe they are unhappy with that amount. This place is the bees knees honestly, I'm a devout follower of their other location but this once is closer and more convenient. I have so much stress on my back from sitting at a desk and commuting everyday and this place has been a true life saver. They're so accommodating and open everyday. There's no reason not to go, you won't regret it! Make an appointment and just do it, for an hour of relaxation they start by massaging your back for about 10-15 and then the rest of the time you get your foot massaged. For 35 dollars seriously so ridiculously cheap. I always always always give $15 dollar tip. They work so hard on you. I've been going here for a while and some of the people are great and some are not so great. I love that it's only $35 for the hour so you can't beat that. A couple things I would change: 1) the people massaging sometimes punch you in the hip and legs, etc I don't know if anyone thinks this feels good but I don't. . 2) Don't pick up phone calls while you are massaging someone, not very relaxing 3) Close the front door so it's not loud and there's not light coming in. I have also noticed that they re-use the towels and face towels over again without washing them. This is disgusting and needs to be changed right away. I have seen many of the workers just fold them back up and put them back on the reclining chairs. They are doing this in front of the people that are waiting to get massaged. read more

Not relaxing. I wanted to see what "reflexology" was all about. I booked an appointment for me and my mom. Not at all what we expected. An open room with 8 "chairs" that reclined but had "arms" The dirty/dead fish tank should have been the first dead give away but in we went. 8 chairs in 1 open room. Nothing about it was relaxing...I literally asked them (they switched people 1/2 way through) to stop. People came/went into the room. 3 times I say "Ouch!" Nothing relaxing about it...the "therapists" talked to each other and laughed the whole time, they just PRESSED on my skin the whole time. The music was terrible too. You get what you pay for! I went in on a whim with my boyfriend to get a foot massage and was pleasantly surprised by the level of quality in my massage! Both people that massaged us were attentive, thorough and really knew what they were doing. From the relaxing atmosphere to the hot soak tub for your feet to the effective massage itself! I do love the reflexology, and they can often be comical. you get what you pay for and they're only $35/hour. so sometimes the workers will get phone calls or smell like cigarettes lol. I feel really bad giving these folks a negative review because every other experience I've had here has been excellent. However, today, I went in asking for a one hour massage. I was asked to pay first and was charged 80.00. This is a lot more than I've ever been charged here before so I assumed they were including a generous tip and didn't mention it. The massage itself was rough and did not help loosen my tight muscles but instead made them tighter. The towel at the end was way too hot for safety much less comfort. Maybe they have to get the towels boiling hot to sanitize them but how about not placing them directly on the client's bare skin? Some sense of empathy would be reasonable to expect, for example, testing the towel temperature before applying it to the client, to make sure it is at a comfortable temperature. It is the towels, not the client, that they are attempting to sanitize, yes? When I left, the massage person looked offended that I did not tip. By the way I usually tip generously but I usually pay at the end when it is natural to add the tip into the total, so it was unclear and the treatment I received did not inspire me to go out of my way to add a tip to an already higher than expected charge. The strong smell of cigarettes did not help...any one of these things I could have overlooked because of prior good experience, but all of them together means I will go somewhere else next time. read more
