Finally visited the store 6 months later only to be told by the daughter that her mother, Carol, handles all business matters. Told to come back on Saturday. Upon our return, Carol swore she remembered us ( which was untrue b/c we'd never met), and said this was all a clerical error. She gave us a check for$100.00 and said to call back for the remaining balance. We've made multiple calls and left messages to no avail. When I'm walking on the Upper West Side of New York City, I snicker when I see folks wearing Brooks Brothers because I know they paid full price. I hate paying full price!
