She really listened to what I wanted, made the process feel comfortable from start to finish, and helped me achieve the look I was hoping for. What stood out most was how thorough and intentional she was. She took great care in mapping the shape and finding the right color for my lip blush, and I really appreciated that she never rushed the process. I was looking for someone who specialized in a natural style, and she truly knows how to enhance your features while still keeping them natural. She'll definitely be my go-to for permanent makeup in the future, and I'd highly recommend her. Thank you again for making this such a great experience from start to finish!

They asked me who I was here for and I said Autumn. They then called her and told me she just woke up. 5 minutes later I get a text from her saying she just woke up and she can be in at 12pm. I said ok I'll be back at 12. I come back at 12 and she still isn't there so I wait and 30 minutes go by and I get an on my way text from her. Another 3 minutes go by and at this point I don't want to get tattooed by a person that treats their clients like this so I ask for my deposit back but she refused. So I wouldn't recommend this place if you value your time.

*Visited business before COVID-19; appreciation post*…read more Kenny has done all artwork on my arm with the exception of my ferris wheel and the coordinates under the mountain. The mountains took about an hour and a half and the rips/flowers took about 3 hours. I am sure I'm not the only one who thinks it might be a little awkward to sit there with a new tattoo artist, thinking what are you going to talk about, are they going to be cool, etc. All that went away as soon as I met Kenny. I was referred to him by a good friend. He's always very professional, really down to earth and he's a great designer. I came to him with a concept and he beautifully executed the vision I had in my head. With the mountains, I just wanted an image of something that already existed...fort the flowers only had the image in my head to go off of and Kenny hadn't done many "rip" tattoos, but I couldn't be more happy with how it came out. I am obsessed every time I see it. As long as he's an artist I will continue to come to him.

He gave detailed instruction on maintenance and cleanliness also took the time to explain it again before we left making sure they understood the importance of it. I'm very confused how this place has bad reviews. First off Richard is amazing he even wiped my girls tears from her eyes (very common with nose piercings) he cracked jokes with them and even gave them a extra nose ring to swap out when it's time. Blaming someone for your negligence is so odd to me! Before you get any service you do your research even with the great details he gives everyone is different specially if you have thick skin you will heal different and take a longer time. A 6 hour tattoo done in 45 minutes what this man charged me $500 for where every single line was jagged, crooked, and lobsided. He contradicted himself, lied, and went in circles when I confronted him about it through an Instagram dm, tried to charge me an extra $150 to shade it in when I went back in once the swelling went down and started to actually see what he did. Then told me I was threatening him when I said I would post photos on google and yelp reviews, but if you think I'm wrong and you did a magnificent job why is posting a review a threat? But baybeee listen that $500 is coo because guess what I will be in that galleria everyday from the time they open until they close standing with photos of the tattoo close up and photos from the conversation we held on Instagram for proof to warn people going in there. He go need that $500 because I can bet your last dime that I will be in that btch everyday showing people pictures of this tattoo he did and letting potential new tattoo customers of his know the scammer he is! The photos speak for themselves! This occured on September 29,2023! Please be careful he will try to come off super nice but he is a very shady man! His name is Richard! He is bald with tattoos on his head! I pray the word gets around so he doesn't take advantage of anyone else, tattoos are permanent! I would give him -5 stars if I could! We exchanged words on Instagram and all he did was lie, go in circles, and contradict himself! I CANNOT STRESS IT ENOUGH PLEASE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE AND DONT GO HERE FOR A TATTOO GO TO AN ACTUAL ARTIST BECAUSE YOU WILL LEAVE WITH A BACKYARD/ JAILHOUSE TATTOO! AND HE WONT ADMIT HES WRONG HE WILL TELL YOU HE SPENT YOUR MONEY IF HE FCKS YOU OVER AND YOU ASK FOR A REFUND! I even tried to be fair and ask for only half back even though this tattoo clearly wasn't even worth $50!!!!! And please beware he can do letter tattooing but if you have art work go elsewhere! I pray this reaches anyone before they are let down and stuck paying extra money at an actual shop to fix his wrong doings! It's already hard in the economy as is! Photos of the conversation will be uploaded where he told me at the beginning he charges $500 for this type of tattoo because of detailing. But as you can see in these few photos I posted, where is the detailing? PISSED, SAD, ANGRY IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT And might I add, he blocks people on Instagram who's tattoos he messed up! So you cant see the mentions!
