Came here before the Mavericks game with some friends and my god the food was awesome! The price as well was very reasonable and the service was prompt and took care of everything we wanted. Saints hosted my organization, Doghousing, Inc. yesterday for a foster meet and greet. There was a little confusion at first, but the immediately got us set up in the side room where the couches are. Aeriel was super helpful and checked in on us frequently. Our server, Kaccye B. was awesome. She was funny and engaging. She got our drinks and food out quickly, and was very attentive without being smothering. We are already talking about having another event there. Worst service ever. Never got appetizer we ordered and food took over 1/2 hr to get and they wasn't busy. Didn't refill drinks.

One of my coworkers and I used to go to BWW down the street all the time...until saints opened. We prefer Saints to BWW. The food is better here, the service in the bar (where we sit) is always very good and the beer selection is solid. That's really about all we need it a good local bar; oh, yeah, the have plenty of TVs and the atmosphere is solid too. read more

I stopped in with a coworker after work for a quick bite and we were really surprised. The tenderloin sandwich was perfect and the price was fair. It's a really nice sports bar in a great area. Had a fabulous time here tonight! We were here on a Sunday evening. Great drink specials and appetizers were $5 so we just ate off of the appetizer menu. The sliders are the best I've had. The shrimp appetizer was delicious and so were the fried mushrooms. Our server was Adam Fohey and we received the BEST service we've received in a long time! We sat on the patio and they had a live reggae band that was really good! We will definitely be back! read more

I ordered the fish & chips. Greasy tasteless & the fries were greasy & soggy. We had great service but the food was terrible.

I eat here all the time. The food is great and way more than bar food. It seems every few months they have a new seasonal menu with different options which I really enjoy. The happy hour is my favorite part and I frequent it often. My only complaint is the queso is a little bland but on my last visit the manager let me sample the "new" queso that debuts March 9th. This is a hard review. It's almost like 2 different places. Seems like half the Tim I go there the food is excellent. The other half it is awful. Scenery and people watching is the same way. Different times and days, I guess like lots of places, the place seems totally different. My advice: if you have had a bad meal, give it another try. Next time it will be different. It's like a coin flip. The old nachos they used to have were sooo good. Not sure why they took off the menu. Maybe because it was probably 3000 calories. my family and I just went there. Food was not good. I had fish and waffle fries, ok waffle fries was good, but my cod, had no flavor, it was so bland, the waitress was nice, the appetizer of pretzel was really good. but it was the main course that was no good. My daughter had kids pizza, she is 4 and wouldn't eat any more that a bite. It looked like lunchable pizza, but melted. my husband had Cajun chicken pasta, it was ok. I was very disappointed to spend the amount we did for the lack of flavor. I would not recommend this place for anything we got except appetizers. I went there once before and a group of us go appetizers... now those all were amazing, but main course... now that's another story. So tonight we left disappointed and unsatisfied. read more

Great Place !!!!! I have visited this Saints on more than one occasion and the restautant was full with what appeared to be very satisfied and happy customers. I've tried various items on the menu along with my family and friends and we loved everything we ordered. From the time I walked in until I left the staff was friendly and helpful. I especially like the sitting area with couches and a TV- Great Touch! The outside bar area is especially nice. I agree with Mike G. I dont know where the negative comment is coming from and question the agenda, but those of us that give honest reviews would appreciate the same from everyone. So our neighbors got us to try Saint's again about a year ago and I'm so glad they did! We love this place. Great patio and bar to watch the games. The best pretzels ever and good wings. Lexi makes the best drinks, my husband's favorite is the Moscow mules and he always requests she makes them. Their brunch is really good too. The only reason for four stars is I wish the menu had a bit more variety, when you come here as often as we do, sometimes you want more options. Saints has been one of my family's favorite eating choices, for dine-in & take-out, at least until the recent menu change. We still had great service & the food we ordered was well prepared & tasty, but it seems like many of the sauces, flavors, & twists on typical bar food unique to Saints have disappeared. Luckily our usual bar drinks were good, but even they are no longer officially on the menu. While I imagine we will eat here again, I think Saints may have to drop from the list of favorites as its now like any other bar & grill in town. read more

My wife was planning to throw her sister a baby shower at another location and the venue fell through. We were coming in from Phoenix to celebrate with our KC family and friends. Saints was able to book her event on short notice and did so with great service and execution. Saints provided our party the Sun room and also had a catering menu to meet our needs. We ordered the DIY taco bar for 30 people. Saints ensured that the food was replenished when tortillas and sides ran low. They also had enough wait staff to service our large party. Finally Saints made the day a success for her sister by providing everything needed including signs to celebrate the event. Thank you for accommodating our need to change venues and also going above and beyond. If you need to book an event, we highly recommend Saints. We visit this establishment often as they have excellent specials for both food and drink. Happy hour is long, 2-6 and includes $5 appetizers which we usually make our meal. They also have daily specials. It never really is too busy when we visit unless it's on a weekend night. We love the outdoor seating area, as they have an awesome fire pit. Every time we have been here we've had good service, except for once. TVs are everywhere you look, and I can't say there is a bad seat in the place! read more

Came here on a Thursday night looking for a patio to enjoy. Patio is small but ok seating area. We waited at the host stand and multiple staffed walked by so we sat ourselves in the patio after waiting 3-4 min thinking that it was self seating (they weren't very busy). We sat on the patio for 10 min while 3-4 servers ignored us before my husband went and got our drinks at the bar. After we got our own drinks we waited for menus and I finally went and asked a server if we could have some and she brought them. Then waited another 10 min and nobody came to take our order and finally I saw 2 severs arguing over who would wait on us. And a different person actually came and took our order. Terrible experience. I was so irritated by this point I couldn't even tell you if the food was good. As a former server, I was appalled. read more

Food was excellent - had the pretzels and the teriyaki wings. Fun atmosphere with the game on and a dj. You can't sit anywhere and not see the game. The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is the hostess and wait staff. Hostess wasn't friendly and didn't smile. I didn't see any server who looked remotely happy to be there - which I guess they probably weren't. Food is bar food and about what you would expect from a plastic bar. Service is the worst in KC. They want you to hurry, order and leave. They will not treat you that way. You can watch your food being ignored at the pickup window while the beer you ordered sits on the bar. read more
