I had a terrible experience at this shop. I went to Chris for a labor only brake job for rear…read morebrakes & rotors (I bought my own parts prior). I was quoted 158 for this job the day prior over the phone and I confirmed at the start of the appointment if that would be the price. My brakes were in poor shape, missing a brake pad on one side and the mechanics spent an extra 15-20 mins working on my cylinder. At the end of the job, Chris informed me that they got air on the line and would have to bleed the brakes. (I've always had my brakes bled at the end of any brake job so this is standard for me to have done whenever I get my breaks done. They told me this would be an extra 120 dollars at the end of the job. My father is a mechanic and said that price was a little high just to bleed the brakes and was very familiar with the procedure. He told me "go call your dad and ask him to send you more money." When I asked if they could take 20 bucks off and knock the price down to 100 from 120 he asked me to tell him how old I was which I thought was rude and uncalled for. I told him I was 30 and he proceeded to say "wow you look 18" and said "one day you're going to have to learn that everything in life isn't free sweetheart." When I went to his office to pay he also said I'm going to have to buy him lunch because they spent extra time working on my car than they planned. Disgusting behavior. I would not recommend this shop to any woman (or really anyone) unless you want to be taken advantage of and upsold. They ended up bleeding one brake so my car would be somewhat drivable. My interior dashboard was also scratched up when I got my car back from them.

The shop also mishandled my parts, initially claimed they were returned, then later "found" them after I escalated. When I raised the issue, they refused a full refund and only offered a partial, despite the work still being incorrect. Update: They didn't find my parts. Continue to lie that they handed me back the parts. Said the box was brown .. It was white and black colors because I have doorbell recording of me walking out the door with it. I also recorded the conversation and have evidence that goes against anything they said. I will be moving forward to reporting them to the BBB & going to small claims if this everything isn't refunded. I went to these guys because this was the closet shop to me. I had them do some exhaust work. I provided parts as well because I'm sure they wouldn't have it. I TOLD them how the parts should be installed. They COMPLETELY went the opposite direction. They didn't use the parts I provided & KEPT THEM. A week later .. I had to look up under the car because of an exhaust leak. I called them and told them the situation. The one mechanic said he handed me the parts, but ONLY handed me my keys and mentioned about my car needing an alignment. No parts were handed to me. I sent them pictures of how the exhaust was installed & what parts I provided. The lady said she would call me back after they have done research. They didn't even do that. I had to call them back a little over a hour later. I requested a refund and apparently "refunds aren't an option" when welds are completed. So they said they'll "help me out" and do the job the right way after they find my parts. They do NOT value their customers.

As regards to my car repair Hector one of the mechanics is extremely rude. He will cut you off in the middle of talking and make you feel like a inconvenience and is extremely condescending. I had several issues wrong with my car that Hector who is supposed to be the lead mechanic missed and did not fix. I had to go an ENTIRELY different shop in which they were extremely nice and have normal customer service standards that this shop doesn't even meet. Ive also heard Hector say disrespectful about customers behind customers back. The repairs i needed done could of turned catastrophic had it not been caught sooner, and could have potentially ruined my car. Hector was also extremely aggressive with my car i do not recommend going here for the terrible customer service and obviously poor work that they do, they do not care about your car. Ive seen hector argue aggressively with other workers and other people in this shop which goes to show the lack of professionalism here. I will not be returning here due to the poor morale or professionalism both upfront at the desk and by the technicians. There's plenty of other shops that have kind workers who value customers time and money as well as their cars.
