UNHEARD OF AND THEY CAME OUT AND HELPED HER TO A CHAIR OFFERING TO GET HER WATER AND THEY GAVE HER A HUG !!! For me i was seen timely and caring for me as a new patient. Dr Jackson was well informed about issues possibly regarding my blood pressure medication and explained that though I had a stress test that was medication induced that the slow walk stress test would allow him to differentiate between lung issues and heart since i have COPD AND ASTHMA from second hand smoke. They got a heart ultrasound approved in 20 minutes and did the test in the same location and morning! UNHEARD of! I can't say STRONGLY enough that this is a fantastic CHRISTIAN dr. He showed me his logo a lambs head integrated into a picture of a tree. THE LAMB OF GOD...JESUS CHRIST DIED ON A TREE FOR US. I am s CHRISTIAN so this man's beliefs are mine also and did nothing BUT REASSURANCE THAT I WAS IN THE RIGHT PLACE AND HE PRAYED FOR ME AND GAVE ME A HUG! YES SIR IM ALMOST 59 YRS OLD AND NEVER HAD A DR HIG ME IM BLESSED AND I KNOW YOU WOULD TOO

I feel like I have to pull these answers out-of-them. They make a deep exhale breath (it's like OMG). I tried to speak with a charge nurse. She told me that I got the wrong side. What?! Then she hanged-up on me. I like going there because they treats my husband's health enough to get him home. They don't get to the root cause: they just bandage the system by medication but not the cause.

My first experience with Dr. Mangione was in 2009 when I had a bout of pancreatitis that sent me to…read morethe ER with symptoms that looked more like a heart attack. Dr. Mangione did a full workup on me that included everything from stress tests to cardiac catheterization. Luckily, my heart checked out fine, but his keen eye picked up something odd on my cardiac echo which wound up being a tumor growing in my pancreas. The tumor was removed later that year. Fast forward to 2014, and I was having problems with heart palpitations and other problems that got me referred out to another cardiologist in Murfreesboro. I fooled around with that guy for months and all he could do is run test after test, and then want to run them again because he forgot that he already ran it. I remembered the experience that I had with Dr. Mangione and got back in to see him. Within a visit or two, he had determined the issue and was able to resolve the problems with a minor change in medication.

I was seen by Dr Shirzadi on 1/10/24 and he referred me for an outpatient procedure to solve an extreme pain issue. I have tried to schedule the procedure but they do not have the referral requisition for the procedure. It's been two days now (1/12/24) and I have tried to resolve it with Dr Shirzadi's office and all they say is he hasn't signed the order yet. Even the staff at the outpatient procedure office tried to help by calling Dr shirzadi and they were told the same thing. Now I am going into the weekend with my symptoms worsening and I am going to have to wait. And no other treatment options were provided. 1/12/24 Update: just tried to call again to resolve the issue at 430 pm. Went straight to recording that said "the office is now closed. Normal business hours M-F till 5 pm" guess they decided to close early today. 1/17/24 update: it's been a week now and my order is still not faxed over so that I can get my procedure. I have called the office 4 times and still can't get this issue resolved. Office staff are unmotivated to assist and very short with me when I call to try to address the issue.

I was initially referred to Dr. Karam at Nephrology Associates after meeting him during a hospital stay after going into kidney failure due to kidney stone complications and was very unhappy with him. Dr. Karam made me feel like a number and rushed me out of my initial appointment instead of taking the time to sit an explain my situation or discuss any type of treatment plan. My initial visit with Dr. Herron was a completely different experience and I was extremely happy with the entire process. It was easy to schedule an appointment, her staff was friendly, I was seen quickly, and Dr. Herron made me feel like she actually cared about me. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained my situation so I was able to fully understand everything, and started me on a treatment plan to maintain my kidney function.
