I was admitted there for what should have been a couple of weeks after having my spine surgery. Never mind that one of my incisions became infected but I also was in a room that was infested with flying termites that were huge! I was being bitten when I slept. My face ended up swelling up like a ballon and eyes swollen shut. Two days or so later a clear sticky liquid started oozing from my pores. The itching and pain was horrific. When the clear liquid dried up, it turned hard as a rock and I looked like a alligator. I had to peel every single inch of my face. I cried so much that my tear ducts dried up. My skin color turned at least 4 shade darker. During this horrible time they did NOTHING until I called 911 twice to help me. The resident Doctor never did come look at my face.To top it off after I paid $10 to have the medication that the emergency room doctor prescribed delivered, the nurse refused to let me use it because it wasn't prescribed by their doctor. I ended up staying there 3 months! The entire time I was there the laundry would come back smelling like urine and bleach and the when you wet a towel, you could squeeze out soap .The doctor did finally order bloodwork and after 2 weeks I started asking why I haven't gotten results. One of the AIDES told me they lost my blood! 2 weeks later they came to get another sample! There's so much more but my hand is cramping. Did I mention that I'm 67 yrs old. Never had an allergy in my life!! I have pics of everything.

Except third shift I have had to do everything for myself I push the button no one comes! I have a IV pole I have to push while holding and walking with a walker! If something was happening to me heart wise I would be in trouble!

They are understaffed and handle my grandma rougly when they do actually help her to the bathroom or in the shower. I do not recommend for a loved one. It pains me to see my grandma being in a sub-par care facility. It saddens me.

She had to use the restroom and ended up soiling herself because it was at least ONE HOUR before an aide came to assist her. I got there 45 minutes after her calling me and the aide was finally there helping her! I got a little loud and said how would you like it if you had to wait that long and don't you think it would make your job easier if you didn't make her wait!? Now you have to clean up sh*t! I also was told that 6 aides will be on the schedule to work a shift and they are lucky if 3 of them show up to work! I would never recommend this place because of this. My mom is there and waits upwards of an hour for service at the restaurant. Sometimes she doesn't even get what she orders. I've been to town halls and all the residents complain. The restaurant area is dirty, tables don't get cleared, they wait 15 minutes for hot water to come to their rooms for a shower. The list goes on and on. Don't put your loved ones here.
