In regard to meds, at times they have not had her meds in stock, left meds in cups in her room, and even given incorrect meds. The aides (with the exception of 3) are lazy, rude, and uncaring. They speak nastily to residents, they ignore their needs, and leave dirty, soiled linens in room on bed and floor. The tables in the main dining/activity area are filthy, as well as the floors. Personal laundry has been lost multiple times. Money and personal effects were stolen from resident room. Nurses who have brought concerns to the Administrator, Stephanie and DON, Jaime have felt targeted and left the facility. The nurses remaining take zero accountability and responsibility, do not follow-up with medical concerns, and do the minimal (if that). My mother's DNR-CCA order was never sent with her to the Emergency room, and was never on chart upon return. The wrong face sheet went with my mother to the ED. They missed important DR. appointments and even sent her to the wrong medical building one time. They lost her bottom dentures and for 7 months did not get her new ones even with my reminding. The administrator, Stephanie is rude and tries to be condescending, The D.O.N. Jaime, says nasty, demeaning things to residents, lies about issues brought to her and seems heartless. The first unit manager seemed to try at first, but became overwhelmed, and began promising things just to stop being questioned and things brought up were not acted upon. The call bell was out of reach MULTIPLE times leaving a bed bound resident alone without ability to get help. The facility itself is not kept up. The grounds work is overgrown, the parking lot has huge holes in 3 areas, there is no receptionist after 5 and on weekends when most visits from family can occur. The phone rings endlessly before I can get an answer. No one takes any accountability. I can go on, but I will just encourage anyone to look at the reports from the State over the past 2 years and do your due diligence, especially the last one from July 2026. The therapy is done to your ability not to theirs! They get to the call light as soon as they can! I got to bring my service animal to visit which helped me so much! They keep your pride and privacy in mind at all times! I am a 56 yr old female that had to come fr rehab ! You can't go wrong here! Except third shift I have had to do everything for myself I push the button no one comes! I have a IV pole I have to push while holding and walking with a walker! If something was happening to me heart wise I would be in trouble!

They are understaffed and handle my grandma rougly when they do actually help her to the bathroom or in the shower. I do not recommend for a loved one. I got a little loud and said how would you like it if you had to wait that long and don't you think it would make your job easier if you didn't make her wait!? Now you have to clean up sh*t! I also was told that 6 aides will be on the schedule to work a shift and they are lucky if 3 of them show up to work! I would never recommend this place because of this. The restaurant area is dirty, tables don't get cleared, they wait 15 minutes for hot water to come to their rooms for a shower. The list goes on and on. Don't put your loved ones here.

The whole panel was out, then in January or February due to Highwinds and ice and cold temperatures and one panel already missing another panel blew out. Now more of the fence is bent too. I'm assuming more panels will follow. If they aren't maintaining what you see I can't imagine how their maintaining the things you can't see so well from the outside.
