Sweet ambience.

Very sweet little cafe in the heart is Saint Germain. One side of the menu is in English for easy ordering and they've got lots of options for health conscious travelers. Definitely recommend.

Saint Pearl is truly a gem! Fresh, gorgeous food in a cozy, cute cafe. I highly recommend!

Arrived at exactly 8:05 this morning and it was open as listed online. But no available kitchen?? Smh

I was very disappointed to arrive at Saint Pearl this morning to walk in at 8am and was told the kitchen didn't open until 9:30. Unfortunately I couldn't return as I was leaving to London later that morning but the girl behind the counter wasn't very pleased when I walked in or friendly either. The hours shouldn't be listed as open at 8am if the kitchen is not open.

Insanely good broccoli-potato-egg-cheddar veggie dish!

Wonderful veggie breakfast (gluten free too). So many flavors- eggs, shaved potatoes, cheddar, broccoli, endive, super special taste. Highly recommend! No WiFi, no laptops allowed which was refreshing. Tiny dining room, great for a solo visit or date.

Eggs Benedict and omelette with gluten free toast

We had brunch here as clueless American. So grateful we found this excellent little spot not far from our Hotel. The service was excellent, and the waiter and waitress were both so kind to have a conversation with us.... in English. The food is excellent. We highly recommend both the Eggs Benedict and the omelette. My wife is gluten sensitive and she ordered the Omelette with gluten free toast. The location is small but quaint. The only downside is the construction next door and the street is fairly busy. Neither of these can be helped. We hope to be back soon!

It's an instagram place. Ambient and food display is nice. But taste is very lacking. Nothing to write home about.

Charming coffee shop run by some very kind gentlemen. Luckily, this spot was around the corner from our hotel so we came by each morning for some coffee and snacks to start off our day. I tried their latte, matcha latte and americano. The matcha latte was my favorite and they have various milks to sub, which was great. I also tried their matcha loaf and chocolate croissant; the croissant definitely stole the show! They have seating for about 10 people inside and they have other food that can be made to order. The prices are fair and the place is super cozy!

Updating my review to 5 stars, I came back! The staff is very friendly, cute and welcoming. The food is really tasty and carefully prepared. The desserts are great for tea or on the go. I recommend the brownie. I tried the matcha bread which was ok (you could kinda taste the egg fluffiness to it), and the matcha brownie (gluten-free as well) which was too sweet for me and expensive. Go for the regular brownie (sweet too) but all the brownies here melt in your mouth. For lunch, the vegan sandwich is good (especially on the go), the vegetable pancake (leveled compared to traditional flat Korean pancakes) is beautifully presented. It was delicious although a bit greasy for me, and has lots of cream cheese. I recommend the presses juices too (the detox one was great!) While the space inside is tight, you still feel ok during covid when it's raining outside. Cute café, will be back. Also a nice spot to work during the day.

Shakshuka

I loved Saint Pearl! I went here twice. The first time I ordered the French toast and it was DELICIOUS, probably the best French toast I have ever had. The second time I ordered the shakshuka which was just as good. They also have a lot of pasty's and desserts, the matcha Lamington was unique (but a bit sweet) Overall the atmosphere is very relaxing and the workers are very welcoming (they speak English!)

Their avocado toast with eggs and a side of bacon

Came here after our visit to the musee d'orsay and it definitely went beyond my expectations! We wanted something along a quick lunch rather then the usual long sit ins like other spots. The only wait here is the line during their busy time. It's a small place so there can be a wait line. Definitely worth it. Food is super good and also aesthetic. We also got out food pretty quickly which was great as we did have a scheduled tour a bit after. I got their avocado toast and their green juice. This green juice is super good. Like we had to grab another one to go. Definitely recommend!!

I write this to you, my dear reader, back at my desk at this soul crushing 9-5 job hoping,…read moredreaming, wishing of having one last Motors Coffee run on our Paris trip. It was head and shoulders our favorite coffee shop in the City of Light, and we lowkey made our rounds. It's a small shop, but filled to the brim with life and passion. I'm normally not a pastry guy, but if I lived anywhere near Motors I would absolutely be a pastry guy. The cinnamon roll was light and delicate, as opposed to the overly sweet and dense ones I'm used to. We also got a vanilla pastry they were testing, and a sugar cookie with milk chocolate drizzled on top. Ugh, take me back, inject these into my veins. I got my goto hot black coffee, and you could taste the freshness of the beans. My girlfriend got a latte that had the most beautiful little flower art on it. How do they even do that? I'm proud of myself, as I knew even when we were sitting in here enjoying our pastries, hot coffees, and each other's company that this was a moment I would look back on and cherish. It's always great knowing it's one of those moments when you're actually in it. You can fully appreciate it. My one regret is that I didn't get the ladies name serving us, as she was so sweet, recommended great pastries, and was just a pleasant human being. They don't make em like sis anymore... The caffeine was much needed since we were going to be at the Louvre for a couple of hours. Everyone was happy with their meals. Our server was very kind and patient with us since we didn't speak French. He answered our questions, and we felt very welcome. I started off with an Expresso Martini which was very good and yes this is how it is spelled here and I like that because that is how I always pronounce it. With our drinks our waiter even brought us out fresh olives. Now I'm not the biggest fan but Ashley very much enjoyed it. There was a lot on the menu that I was interested in and they had a number of different cuts of beef but I had to go with the Whole Duck Breast which is also a French classic which I got cooked medium rare but I'm perfect sure that's how they suggest it which is the right way like they do with all their beef too. Ashley and I also split the French Onion Soup. I will say by Duck was very good. Tasty rich sauce with crispy duck skin cooked perfectly. Some of the best duck I have had in awhile. I will say the French Onion Soup though was a little bland. I just didn't have that rich beef broth I am used too. Beside that everything was very good and would for sure recommend going to Café Blanc for a nice menu which amazing French options.

We spoke to a lady who was American but moved to Paris years ago. She recommended the chocolate hazelnut which changed her life. So us fat kids sampled the 6 flavors which the girl brought us inside the business to give us the samples. I then told her large she gave me extra large with 5 scoops. We got lemon ice, coffee gelato, chocolate chip, chocolate hazelnut and the chocolate fondue. Everything was delicious. But I think we were gelatoed out and the lemon ice was amazing ! Everything was good but the lemon stood out. It was just more refreshing as we walked Disney Paris all day then walked from metro to the stores. Then we met the store owner who was really sweet and we chatted for a bit and then said hey do you want something to go? I said no it's ok and then she said here have more lemon ice. My wife and I destroyed that as well. She was so sweet. She said it doesn't make you fat since it's just water and sugar and fresh lemon. I said yeah it will lol. I'd come back.
