From the first phone call with Amy I noticed their attention to detail, and their ability to work quickly and attentively. At my initial consultation I noticed Jessica's calm and confident demeanor instantly. She was extremely well groomed, and her office was so tidy! Some attorneys I have spoken to in the process seemed too aggressive and almost scattered, all bark and no bite. My initial consultation was in February and when I went back in October they still had all of my information available, and remembered who I was.
